Had to cancel because the tour guide did not want to pick us up, even though the description clearly stated “we’ll come to you” and our hotel was listed as an option. At the last minute we were asked to meet them as they would not come to us. Communication was poor… I wasted my time following up several times to confirm pick up. Super frustrating. With service that bad figured we dodged a bullet!!

This TOUR does not offer transportation!!!!! And we NEVER do pick up in any areas outside of San Juan. This tour is specifically for cruise ship visitors. So sorry that you didn’t read completely. NO tour company picks up in dorado!! especially for a 2hr old San Juan tour. You even asked me where should you meet the guide and I told you at the Walgreens in old San Juan. And you mention that you would be driving there. No we’re the ones who dodged the bullet of servicing unpleasant guests. We provide great service… just like the rest of 5 star reviews.
