Cancelled - shortage of people

Received direct text message from host that the trip was cancelled because not enough people joined. Tried reaching host to see availability for the following day. Had to reach out to Viator for a refund. Viator did not know it was cancelled and tried to reach host and couldn't reach them. I had to send proof of text conversation with host to get refund. All in all, day trip wasted, hassle getting refund and never heard back from host. Would not recommend.

Wow, does this make you feel better? You wanted us to move a 14 passenger van just for ONE person… yes it was canceled because your reservation very well said so. You couldn’t wait 24 hours for the refund so you’re desperately called Viator seeking different answers. They told you exactly the same.. we offered you a different tour and you did not reply. And if we are so bad, why did you wanted to go with us THE NEXT DAY? You wanted a cheap ride to the beach at all costs and when you couldn’t get it, you turn around and leave a bad review when you were talking to us just fine. we told you to save our information for next time… Please DON’T!

Beautiful views at a local Beach

This was a day trip to a beach about 45 mins from San Juan. The driver was very knowledgeable and even stopped at an ATM so that I could get cash that was needed at the beach for chair and umbrella rental and food. Beautiful views and beautiful photos at this location, but if I had to do it all over again I would rent a car and stay the whole day and drive to the ferry on the easy side of the island. If you’d rather not drive in traffic and just want a half day beach getaway with the locals, this is your trip. You can relax in a luxury vehicle and be chauffeured to the beach. 9am-2pm pick up at your hotel. Everything was exceptional! Thank you!!!
