We were nervous, trying to figure out how to get from Positano to Naples, but our driver was so helpful and truly took a major stressor off our trip. He was very knowledgeable about the best times to do such a long drive, and even when we were stuck in traffic, he made the entire experience very comfortable and warm. His car was very clean and smelled nice, and he was very helpful with moving our heavy luggage. Highly highly highly recommend booking his services!

We enjoyed our experience with Marco very much! He surprised us with several stops for shopping & photo opportunities. This worked out very well for us, but if you don’t want to be delayed during your transfer - make your driver aware of it up front! Otherwise we were very pleased with Marco and all the surprise stops!

We took several cars and taxis around Italy and this was by far the worst experience. Communication beforehand was only okay - not super informative and there was no way to contact anyone quickly. The driver was 15 minutes late which is somewhat understandable but when he arrived he used not speaking English as an excuse to not even confirm who he was picking up or with what company. I almost didn’t get into the car. The driver was super distracted either on his phone (he took several long calls) or digging into his bag. The drive was very jerky and both my fiancé and I got car sick. He even tried to drop us off like a block from the train station. I would use another service.

Hi Erin, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with our driver, I don’t know what happened but I’m sure you didn’t see on your travel voucher my personal phone number that all clients use to communicate with me through IMessage, WhatsApp and calls h24, it is more than quick…it is an instantly communication but maybe you are not used to that as also on the Viator chat you answered to our requests of info (pick up and drop off place) after 11 hours, well…this isn’t for sure a quick communication. Probably, the driver showed you the possibility to walk 10 meters instead to loose 30 minutes in the traffic jam as you had to catch a train, I hope you did it on time. Then I want just let you know that you booked a transfer from Positano to Naples, probably on the most windy road in the world, at 1:30pm, for sure after a lunch and many drinks….please don’t complain with my company if you got car sick, you just forgot that you were having a transfer on that road…happens when in holiday and our drivers do everything is possible to drive slowly and “sweet”…but we can’t obstruct the traffic driving at 10km/h. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with this transfer company. Frank was the one who communicated with us and he coordinated our driver for us. He did a good job! And we had a great experience with our driver Raf! First he drove us from Naples to Positano and then from Positano to Naples. We were happy to see him again! He was a smooth and safe driver. He was also very thorough, and even informed us about traffic conditions so that we could properly plan our departures and arrivals. He was very professional, punctual, and personable too! He was also a great resource for our questions about the area and we enjoyed the stories he shared about his family! The vehicle was really comfortable, clean, well maintained, and luxurious. We also had our own temperature controls in the backseat which was nice. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this transfer service to anyone! It makes traveling to the amalfi coast from Naples such a breeze! We hope we can use it again someday! Thanks again Raf and Frank!
