Everyone says you should do things early in the morning, but this cave is the perfect example. We did the SUP tour at 6:30 AM and it was absolutely incredible. We had good weather which helped a lot and Com sees but being in that cave without anybody else is pretty magical. Our Guide was so knowledgeable about the region and geology, but also just a lot of fun and made us feel supported. I highly recommend it. It was a small group of five women and everyone had a great time.

The whole experience was excellent. The scenery was beautiful. Well organised, well informed guide, delivering just the right amount of SUP advice to all attendees. The equipment was good quality, with good paddleboard, paddles, buoyancy aids, and helmets. The drybag was an added bonus. Francisco was helpful and friendly throughout the trip. It was well worth doing a guided tour. I am an experienced paddler but I wouldn't have achieved this without the support of a guide.
Samuel was very accommodating (because we were late), and informative guide. The caves were fun to explore.
The Seas were a little rough due to traffic of other boats, but once we were out on the water with Bruno, everything was wonderful. He showed us all the nearby Caves, stopped at some to show us some fossilized Shells and Starfish on the Stone Structure of the Caves. Not only entertaining and insightful but also attentive and caring. A wonderful human being over all. Knowing now that those Caves will eventually disappear, made this entire experience so much more special. Highly recommend. Bruno, you da bomb! 🫶🏽
The sunrise tour with Caio was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the geology and the culture of the area, And very helpful on the paddle boards. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants and parking in the broader area. Definitely recommend the sunrise tour when the water is quieter and less busy. Our teens loved it all too. Would recommend!
We had a great time! Francisco was fabulous! Would highly recommend doing the paddle board tour. Our 13 year old did amazing as well!

It was wonderful, educational, and so enjoyable. Loved this so much more than the Ponta da Piedade SUP tour I took. Francisco was absolutely fabulous as a guide!
These guys were totally amazing. There is no better way to see Benagil Caves. The guides were kind and extremely informative. The pictures of this unbelievable place do not even do it justice. If you are in the Algarve and skip this tour you are missing out. I would give this particular touring group 10 stars if that was an option. They were amazing!!
