Disappointed in this tour. We were 2 English speaking tourists with 6 Portuguese speaking tourists. We were told the tour would offer information & descriptions in both languages. But 95% was in Portuguese (I am not exaggerating). There were long conversations with the Portuguese tourists and we felt completely left out. The van was very hot for 9 people and the driver would not turn on the air conditioning. The other 6 tourists were able to sit together but my friend and I were not and not even in the same row of seats. I also feel it’s distracting when tourists answer calls on their cell phone and play loud music. And a safety note, the driver drove far too fast at times. This was the tour from hell, as far as I am concerned.

I am surprised about this, since we have made many bilingual tours the last years, and we never had such feedback.
