Your first stop is Chichen Itza, the crowning glory of the Yucatan peninsula’s Mayan heritage. Head inside the site and visit historic highlights with your guide: gaze at the iconic Kukulcan Pyramid, also known as El Castillo, see the mighty Temple of Warriors, and discover the mysterious acoustics of the Ball Court.

After working up a sweat, continue to the Hubiku Cenote and plunge into the crystal clear waters of the sinkhole. Revitalize with a buffet lunch inspired by Mexican culinary classics before making your final stop in Valladolid to admire the colonial architecture of the town for 30 minutes.

A bit misleading

Chelsea_W, Jan 2026
The ruins are amazing and the guide was super knowledgeable. Overall we really enjoyed the tour however if you have children it’s a long day. Also the breakfast provided is a sandwich, juice box and apple so if you have picky eaters bring snacks or food because you don’t get food until lunch. Also they stop at a Mayan village which is neat however you are pressured to purchase overpriced touristy souvenirs. The all inclusive package is not totally all inclusive and only includes water and soft drinks outside of when you stop at the Mayan village and the cenote, they try and “upgrade” you on the bus for additional money. Also the cenote is not the one listed you are taken to an off the beaten path one which is amazing and not crowded however the lifejackets which are mandatory and lockers are not $1 usd as mentioned and more like $6. Also the third stop El Castillo which is listed as a separate stop with an included ticket is actually just chichen itza and should not be listed as a separate stop with entry ticket. The description of the tour is a little misleading. Also at the end they walk up the aisle of the bus to every person asking for a tip before pulling into the first hotel for drop off. Would do the stops again but maybe with a different tour company

Hi Chelsea, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're so glad you enjoyed Chichén Itzá and the knowledge of your guide — it’s a truly special site. We also appreciate your honest feedback on the areas that didn’t meet your expectations. You’re right — the day is long, especially with kids, and we’ll be updating our description to better reflect the light breakfast, optional upgrades, and the fact that cenotes and stops may vary based on logistics. Supporting local communities is part of our mission, but guests should never feel pressured to buy — we’re addressing this with our partners. Thanks again for helping us improve. We’d love to welcome you again and provide a more seamless experience next time. Warm regards,

Loved this tour. Was a bit worried about how busy it would be at Chichen Itza but we were actually there as the crowds were leaving so it wasn't too bad. Guide was very knowledgeable and the bus was comfortable.

Moyen moins
