The address for the shop on Viator was incorrect and after walking around the area for 20 mins of searching, finally noticed a shop with no store number on the outside but that one had bicycles inside and a sign on the door that read they had relocated. We called the number on the sign to advise that we were given the wrong location, but we’re still coming. The staff at the store were very apologetic and extremely gracious. Not a fun start, but the equipment worked great and the ride was wonderful.

The staff was very nice and helpful with getting the bikes set up! It was such an easy ride on the e-bikes and it was so fun to see the different scenery Pisa has to offer! Definitely recommend!

This is an easy flat ride on a mostly traffic free route. There are no refreshments en route but plenty in Pisa and Marina de Pisa. The hire bike provided eas in good condition and care was taken to fit it to me as the rider.

Beautiful day riding to the sea. Easy app to use, friendly staff who couldn't do more for you. Route is easy to follow and is flat and is mostly on a dedicated cycle path. Highly recommend doing thus trip.

This was a fun experience but I do recommend that participants are somewhat athletic. I booked for "touring bikes" but we upgraded to "E-bikes". Even with E-bikes you have to pedal continuously. It is approximately 6.5 miles one way to the coast. It was a beautiful path through Pisa countryside ending at Marina de Pisa. We did have some mechanical issues but the bicycle company was very helpful and accommodating.

Our family of 8 vacationed in Tuscany and we rented cars and drove to Pisa. Elena and her staff were so welcoming and gave us excellent treatment. We had an issue with one of the bikes at the beginning of the path to the sea and she came riding up in just a few minutes with a replacement bike. We rode to the sea and the path was so beautiful and peaceful and we ate lunch and rode back. We also toured the city of Pisa on our bikes and saw all the sites. It was scary at first because I am 63 years old and riding in a bustling small city is not something I ever thought I could do at my age, but my husband and I kept up pretty well with the our 30 something kids. No one got hurt and it was so much fun. We rode about 20 miles (a conservative estimate) for the day. I highly recommend bring bottled water and a jacket. Make sure to ask for a basket on your bike if you want to bring stuff or shop at the sites. The shop dog, Vanity is the sweetest! As soon as I walked in to the shop she leaned on my legs and made me pet her. It warmed my heart because our 17 year old dog passed a way the day before we left from California to our Italy destination and I was instantly reminded of how special our furry friends are. Thank you Elena for such a wonderful and special experience! I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know going to Pisa. God bless you.

The owner and employee were very kind. Unfortunately the bike they gave me had a broken seat. As I haven’t biked frequently in years, I assumed I was just hurting because I was out of practice. My husband pointed out that the seat was tilted up in the front and that was causing my pain. They apologized when we pointed it out and told me I could’ve come back to trade bikes, but by the time we realized the problem we were 5 miles out from the bike shop and we wanted to finish the tour. So, if you go, be sure your bike really is in working order! The actual ride was nice. I was hoping to see more wildlife at the beach but maybe there wasn’t much due to the season.

Phew, what a workout! Such a great way to see the coast! Pack your bathing suits and bring towels to spend time at the beach and in the water!
The bikes we had did not have baskets, so bring a backpack if you can.

Great ride in open fields and a path for bikes only. Mostly flat, but great views of the Pisa area and the coast. You don’t see the leaning tower, but there also is virtually no crowds.

Dejlig og overkommelig tur til stranden og opleve lidt af Pisa omgivelser. Vi valgte E-bike i varmen og det kan anbefales, selvom ruten er flad. Hvis man vil have en del timer på stranden, skal man regne med 5 euro pr. Person oveni for at aflevere senere end den planlagte tid. Virkelig søde udlejere og super betjening.
