Your team cancelled our tickets THE NIGHT BEFORE so we didn't have time to get other tickets for another tour. Further, the message sent said that I need to contact Viator for a refund which is ridiculous because it was cancelled because of your group. I've used Viator a lot in my travels and not been disappointed, but this was a huge disappointment and not professional business practice.

Obtaining our tickets was not as easy as other Viator tickets. The link provided did not work and the security/ticket office had to provide them to us which meant returning to the office twice due to confusion and standing in line. The sights are easy to see and you can make a quick stop, walk through Pisa, and see the Basilica, Baptistry and take the obligatory picture of the leaning tower in a couple of hours.

Very disappointed because it was not clear when I booked that this ticket did not include the entry to the tower. Even the ticket we received conflicted with saying it included rower entry in one place and then not in another. Also the Cathedral was not open. Cheaper to buy a ticket for the tower which lets you enter the other attractions.

It was convenient to have one ticket for 4 areas of the monumental complex. We enjoyed visiting all 4 buildings as they gave us an insight into the history of the site.

Pretty amazing place. I had heard that it was much ado about nothing, but I found it to be awesome. A couple of tips: 1. Be prepared for the crowds. Lots and lots of folks will be there with you. 2. Buy your tickets online before going. Saves a ton of time waiting in line, and if you want to climb the tower, about the only way you'll be sure to be able to. Bought mine through Viator and they worked like a charm.
