    You will receive a Welcome Letter approximately 72 hours before departure including the preorder link for optional Lobster Shack meal selections if you have not already preordered your meal during the booking process. Optional meal selections should be prebooked at least 48 hours before departure. Guests who have not preordered are still welcome to order directly onsite at the Lobster Shack; however, preparation and waiting times may vary during busy periods. As we have a scheduled stop time of approximately 1 hour in Cervantes, we recommend preordering to make the most of your visit. You will also receive an SMS approximately 24 hours before departure with your final confirmed pickup time and important tour information.
