Paris Tour Gone Bad!!

Drew_B, Sep 2026

We drove and sat in traffic the majority of the 4 hours. Driver had little knowledge of the history of Paris. Total disappointment. Given the cost, approx 500 euros, I anticipate much more.

Response from Host, Oct 2026

Hi, We are sorry to hear that the Paris sightseeing experience did not meet your expectations. The tour you booked was a private half-day sightseeing experience with a driver, and we understand your disappointment if traffic significantly reduced the amount of time spent sightseeing. Paris traffic can unfortunately affect driving times, but we appreciate that this does not change your experience of the tour. Regarding your comment about the driver’s historical knowledge, we take this feedback seriously and will review the service provided with our local team. We would also like to clarify that the tour was delivered according to the service booked, and our team remains available to review the specific details of the experience, including the route followed and services provided. We value genuine customer feedback and use it to improve our services. We are sorry that on this occasion the experience did not provide the level of satisfaction you expected. Kind regards, Team IndoGusto

Not enough time to explore thoroughly but great way to find things to revisit more. Good experience.

Paris Highlights Up Close

Amy_C, Apr 2026

We went to recommend Parisian highlights plus what was on our list. We were up close to all the wonderful sights taking as much or as little time as needed. A great way to spend 4 hours and see so much with a knowledge guide and driver.
