We provide pickups from all major hotels in the Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay areas as well as Reynold's Pier and the Ocho Rios Cruise Terminal. PLEASE NOTE: The time selected during checkout is not the exact pickup time. Hotel pickup times can vary based on distance and cruise ship pickup depends on when your ship is docking. So your pickup can be 30 - 60 minutes before or after this time. Our reservations team will reach out to you to advise on your specific pickup time. First thing, this is listed as Ocho Rios, but is in Trelawney 45 mins away from Ocho Rios. The beach club is a small section of rocky/sandy beach that has been roped off for this experience. They have it in about 5 sections. We were placed in the last section and we couldn't use chairs at the same location that remained empty our entire visit. The set up is ok but not ideal. I've been to several clubs like this but this is the first one I couldn't see my family in the water from my chair. The food was OK, drinks were on par with the food. We didn't eat half of the food as my family has some picky eaters.
Not a bad place and the people were pleasant as long as you stayed in your section.

The service and food was good but the actual beach itself was not great. Needs some serious improvements in chairs etc. bathrooms were clean which was nice. The drinks were below average.

This beach day consisted of 2 hours and 50 minutes of actual time at the beach club. Despite a 5:30p all aboard time on our cruise ship, the guide forced our group to leave the club at 2:50p to drive us to their insider souvenir store for a "shopping experience". I would avoid this tour at all costs as it was nothing near what was advertised. Also, not a single chair at the club reclines, so if you want to get sun on your back, get ready to literally lay on the sand. And they don't tell you this in advance, but if you want something other than an Adirondack chair, you'll have to pay extra for the VIP pass on arrival. Food consisted of cold dried out chicken. Save your money and look elsewhere.

My experience was excellent from I get into the taxi the driver was very informative teaching us about Jamaica. This experience was awesome my host was very knowledgeable, friendly and inviting she is very patient toward us. The food so good, but too much I really enjoy my experience overall. I would do it again and invite a friend because it is so good love it allxx

I had a great time. From the beginning to the end it was a GREAT experience. Me and my friend had the whole place to ourselves. One couple came later but overall we had the place to ourselves. The food and drinks came timely and the staff was great. I would recommend and we would go back we were here on 8/31/2023. Already bragged to other vacationers and friends.

Excursion was really good, the people we're great. Beachside massage options and services we're amazing. The only thing I did not care for attention to guest from servers wasn't the best. Too many groups to tend to at one time and someone will be forgotten.

Getting out of the port was stressful and confusing. Our tour guide made sure to find us and stay in touch through the app. We ended up with the beach to ourselves it was amazing. Beautiful water, great food, our guide was amazing and the drinks were STRONG! Would definitely go back. Some areas of the small beach front were gravel.

3/15/23 the worst excursion and experience with Viator. It rained all day. Excursion started 45 min as the taxi that Viator used to pick us up didn’t arrive till 1045, arrived at site at 1130. The location was mediocre, small and dated. We received one drink and our lunch was rained out. The wooden beach chairs didn’t adjust. The white tarps over the VIP and other areas leaked from rain. The staff worked hard to move everyone out of the rain. We had a taxi pick us up and bring back to our resort by 1pm. Viator wouldn’t refund us. 2hrs in the rain in at a 2 star excursion site. No pool. Small muddle beach scene. Food was okay. We got 2 bites. For $200 we could’ve stayed at the resort.

The circumscribed upholstered sun lounger in the VIP area was not included although it was explicitly advertised in the description. In the normal area, only chairs were set up and there was no shade there. Soft drinks and beer are not included. A 0.33 liter Heineken should cost 8 US dollars. The beach is really very small. The bay is almost entirely made of stones. The cocktails were probably from a tetrapack, if anything. Not recommended.
