Richard was wonderful! He picked us up on time from Airport. He had a Happy Birthday sign and balloons in van for me! He really set the tone for a wonderful birthday! We enjoyed the information he provided to us about the island and good tours to take. We definitely will use this company again!

There was a mistake and we had to private transfers. We chose to go with the Sandals transfer and we're told "to bad, no refund because no 24 hour notice". We are not happy about that because we didn't know that there was 2 different transfers. We pointed out that on the website it stated that you can get a full refund, but we didn't get it. We have used the website to book several things and never had a problem until now. Not happy about this matter.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We understand that you made an unintentional double booking with another company. However, our team contacted you to reconfirm your transfer the day before, and on the morning of the transfer, you updated us with a later pick up time, which we accommodated. At no point prior to pick up were we notified that you intended to cancel, and we were not advised of the second booking made with another company until the actual time of pick up. Because the cancellation occurred at the time of pick up, after the vehicle and driver had already been dispatched specifically for your transfer, we were unable to provide a refund under the cancellation policy stated on our website. We regret that this was disappointing, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances. If you would like to discuss the matter further, we are here to assist.

Waste of time and money

When booking we booked a van as we had 4 large suitcases. Upon arrival they brought a sedan. Thus resulted in us having to sit outside and wait 1.5hrs for another vehicle in plus 40!! The manager was rude and tried to over talk me blaming it on Viator. Upon pick up after our vacation the driver was rude and rushed us. Would never use again after paying 400.00 CAN

Unfortunately, we did not receive a request for a van, nor was it indicated in the booking that you would be traveling with large suitcases. Had we been made aware of this requirement, we would have been more than happy to ensure a large van was assigned to accommodate your luggage comfortably. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your transfers.
