Eduardo is incredibly charismatic and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every moment of the class, from learning about the history of cacao and the different varieties to the hands-on experience of making our own chocolate. He is an engaging teacher who made everyone feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. It's clear that Eduardo has a real passion for what he does, and his enthusiasm for sharing the world of chocolate makes the experience both educational and unforgettable. Highly recommended!
