Our services are top of the line, we will make sure to have comfortable ride to Manhattan or from Manhattan . This special rate for LGA to Manhattan or from Manhattan to LGA, may it will be extra charge if you are traveling to different destination. Rate is for the curbside pickup. We provide meet and greet service if needed extra fees will be required. If you have a family and there's a baby needs a car seat, we will be able to provide you with the car seat in extra charge. Make sure to include your email to send you final confirmation email. To update pickup time, it should be through Viator or third party platform. Meet and greet services is available upon request (extra fees ).

When we met with our driver at LGA, he said our luggage was too big for his car. We all felt that he was a little rude in the way he spoke to us. All 3 of us had to sit in the backseat of the Mercedes while he put one of our suitcases in the front seat. He said we should have requested a larger axel car. When I made the reservation, the rep didn't seem to have any issue with issuing 3 adults with 3 suit cases for that particular sedan. I trusted she knew what she was talking about. The second thing that stood out was the driver was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. I thought he was supposed to wear a "uniform", and lastly, the driver was accepting other rideshare jobs while he was driving us to our hotel. We ended up cancelling our return trip, and booked a car through our hotel which had a well-dressed driver and an SUV for about $70 less than what Jet Black charged for a sedan.

Nice and clean black van picked up the group. Driver was a little late, but because there was an accident at the end of the street. Otherwise, he had already told me what time he would arrive. We booked a luxury sedan and were picked up in a very impressive luxury SUV. We had instant communication with the company and our driver. Just like the description says, they send you a text before you land and so when you turn your phone back on, the text comes through and you know exactly what to do. We did not have to worry about anything with Jet Black. This is an amazing company with extremely nice vehicles. Our driver was professional, friendly and the ride into the city was relaxing. I've been in NYC Ubers and they are quite scary at times with the way the traffic is and with Jet Black, our ride went smoothly and was enjoyable. We had water bottles waiting for us in the vehicle as well. I will use Jet Black for all my transfer needs in the future.

Our driver was great but the company was terrible.
Tried to charge us extra for waiting for our bags. The airline had a delay on bags so we waited for 45 min for them. We never told our driver to come early- he just did so the company charged us extra for the delay in bags bc it’s not their problem. I would never use this company ever again and you should be warned. If the airline has any delay or you have to use the restroom- this will be an extra charge
