Richard was an excellent guide, we were well informed, the walking tour showed a true reflection of how this day changed the lives of so many people as well as the world. We got to see spots and sights that we wouldn't have been aware of. Highly recommend, one of the best things we did in NYC.

Very informative experience with a great guide, Richard, who gave us a huge amount of information, was very friendly and pointed out things you’d never notice if you’re just exploring by yourself!
Would definitely recommend this tour.

Chris was a wonderful guide. Well prepared, knowledgeable, informative & interesting. He showed us so many perspectives around Ground Zero & 911 museum. He took some great pics of us with angles that we wouldn’t have known to do. Impressive! He was caring & kind to our group who had a gentleman that walked with a cane. Highly recommend Chris & the tour!!!

Wow what an amazing informative tour we had. David was the best guide and explained so many facts that made us feel like we had lived it ourselves. Whilst it was shocking and very sad we felt it was dealt with such integrity. Highly recommend this tour and if you get David you will be as lucky as we were!! Also a fantastic photographer.

Alex was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure our questions were answered. He gave first hand details of that day because he actually experienced it.

Christopher was a fun, knowledgeable and caring tour guide. The tour was very moving, yet not to heavy for such serious subject matter. Oh, and not only is Christopher an awesome guide, he knows exactly where to take the very best photos ❤️
