Chris was a wonderful guide. Well prepared, knowledgeable, informative & interesting. He showed us so many perspectives around Ground Zero & 911 museum. He took some great pics of us with angles that we wouldn’t have known to do. Impressive! He was caring & kind to our group who had a gentleman that walked with a cane. Highly recommend Chris & the tour!!!

Wow what an amazing informative tour we had. David was the best guide and explained so many facts that made us feel like we had lived it ourselves. Whilst it was shocking and very sad we felt it was dealt with such integrity. Highly recommend this tour and if you get David you will be as lucky as we were!! Also a fantastic photographer.

Alex was great!!!

Kellie_M, Dec 2025
Alex was very knowledgeable and took his time making sure our questions were answered. He gave first hand details of that day because he actually experienced it.

Christopher was a fun, knowledgeable and caring tour guide. The tour was very moving, yet not to heavy for such serious subject matter. Oh, and not only is Christopher an awesome guide, he knows exactly where to take the very best photos ❤️

David was our Tour Guide, he was so great! He told us personal stories about his life living in NYC during 911. We had a man in our group that lost a hearing aid and David made sure to keep the rest of us warm while he helped the man find his hearing aid( it was found 😁) We would defiantly request David again. Thank You David 😊

Hi Jonathan, Our computer servers automatically email your tickets the day before the tour. In addition, all tour guides escort the guests to the museum's entrance. If you couldn't get in, just let your guide know there was an issue or you could've called the support number provided. We've a team of supervisors and guides really to help. We'll provide you with complimentary museum tickets to make thing right for you.

It enhances the overall 911 Museum experience. Our tour guide David did an excellent job of detailing the day of 9-11 with personal experiences of that day.

Never would’ve known until guide shared.

Victoria_K, Nov 2025
This was a walking tour before entering the museum highlighting areas around the original site incubi as an inside to look, things we would unlikely never hear about or read about in a book. Our guide was informative, professional, and patient with us seniors.

Kevin, Tour guide for the 9/11 Memorial Tour.

Kenneth_P, Oct 2025
Kevin is one of the best tour guides ever. His knowledge and experience are incredible as he takes us on a walking tour of the 9/11 Memorial. Every part of the walking tour took us to places that would have been easily missed if not for Kevin. There are points of interest that are incredibly important and have significant meaning that Kevin brought to life in a respectful and professional manner. You will not be disappointed if Kevin is your tour guide.

We are so glad we did this tour! Having lived in the area during 9/11 Keith had insights into what it was like in NYC. His tour also took us to places we would have missed had we done this on our own. His pictures supported his presentation. Thank you Keith for providing an excellent experience in what was a difficult experience to share

What an amazing tour guide Richard was. He was early to our meeting point. He was very detailed in explaining the incidents that occurred on 911, with little known facts & many details. We were able to see many things others would just pass by. Enthusiastic, friendly, extremely knowledgeable & very personable, that’s what you get with Richard as your tour guide & you will leave the tour with a much better appreciation for all that occurred that day.
