While this was labeled a ghost/crime scene tour, it was more historical. Joshua was well informed about the history of various events that took place in the French Quarters years ago. He patiently waited to see if we had questions. It is very obvious that Joshua loves what he does and is eager to share his knowledge with the throngs of people who sign up for the ghost tours.

Our guide was so good. He has story telling skills and the stories he presented were fascinating and will be sending me down the rabbit hole on several of the tales he told. The pictures were my attempt to capture a picture of a spirit, but to no avail!

We attended this tour in a small group (5) and had a really good time. Scott provided clear instructions about when/where to meet him and was there when promised. He asked us before we started where our interests were and then adapted the tour to our preferences. He was a great story teller and demonstrated detailed knowledge about the area and history (we focused mostly on true crimes with a bit of ghosts and Voodoo). I also appreciated that he was genuine. He did not need theatrics to make things interesting and that made a huge difference to me.
At the end of the tour, he gave some good tips about other places to visit and safer routes to walk through the area. I would definitely recommend Scott and this tour company.

We signed up for this trip as part of a girls trip. Price was excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic.
We received a text from our tour guide, Scott, about three hours before the meet up time. His text included all of the information about the meeting location and a picture of what the location looked like, which was extremely helpful. He also included information about the coffee shops and area around the meeting location in case we wanted to get a bite to eat or drink before starting.
Once we met up, he went over a few brief rules and asked us all what our interests were. This allowed him to cater the tour to what people wanted to hear rather than just a generic scripted tour. Our group was really into true crime, we had one vampire lover, and a few people who liked the voodoo ghost theme. Scott was very good at providing information on all of these.
The tour lasted about two hours, so we were on the long end. Scott was extremely informative and very good at incorporating true crime into the New Orleans’ voodoo ghost history. Unlike the other tour guides, Scott was very personable, down to earth, and kept it to facts and how they relate to New Orleans history. We really really appreciated that. We saw several other groups that had a lot of theatrics and costumes. They seemed more like they were there to create a show rather than to give information. Also, a lot of the information that I was hearing from other groups wasn’t quite accurate, but more of a hyped up story time, leaving out some of the historical facts.
Scotts tour was very informative and very, very enjoyable. We moved at our own pace, got to ask questions, and stood out of the way of the other groups at different angles. They gave us a better opportunity for photographs. We even got to stop and learn about New Orleans weddings as a parade went by.
Highly highly highly recommend! Cannot recommend Scott enough! Do this to tour and be prepared to walk :)

We do keep our groups small, which makes it easier to navigate around the busy French Quarter and the other larger groups. We believe in telling the history of New Orleans because it makes ghost tours more relatable and makes the true crime stories more relevant. Plus, the truth is often so much more interesting than even the most theatrical ghost story!

Joshua was a cool cat. He clearly knew the history, but wasn't overly theatrical. I appreciated that while he touched on voodou, he admitted it wasn't his culture and refused to spread misinformation.

Hubby and I did this tour with our teen daughter and we had so much fun!! Scott was our guide and not only did he have great stories, but he does an amazing job at telling them. It was an enjoyable way to see some of the city and learn its dark history.

This tour is rooted a bit more in NOLA history than it is folklore. It’s wild how reality is often scarier than fiction. We enjoyed a lot of the older tales tied back into modern times. Joshua is an entertaining guide. I would recommend to anyone who prefers a historical tour over a theatrical one.

Libby is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I really enjoyed our tour. As a native to New Orleans, Libby had a wealth of stories that she had heard about since childhood, which gave the tour a special touch.

Scott took us on a fun and informative tour of so much NOLA history! The stories through the centuries are incredible and to actually see where they happened took us right there with all the voodoo, spirits and ghosts. Recommend this tour with Scott 💯!

Scott is an excellent guide who provided my girlfriend and I, a killer tour (pun intended) of the French Quarter! We were guided to various historic landmarks in the neighborhood and told true stories of murder, mystery and hauntings.
l can't lie, athough consider myself somewhat of a skeptic, I definitely felt the energy and spiritual presence that encompasses the city of New Orleans. I would highly recommend this tour!
