This is a great way to see all of the parts of Naxos that make it unique. Our tour guide Mario was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. His expertise allowed us to get the most out of the tour that we possibly could. If you are staying in Naxos, I highly recommend this tour.

My wife and I booked this tour 2 months before our stay in Mykonos. Searching for events in Mykonos on Viator, this tour appeared and it looked awesome. We booked it and entered our hotel in Mykonos for the pickup location.
At 10:00pm the night before, we received a What’s App message saying that there is a problem with our reservation. The next morning, the tour company explained that they are in Naxos and do not provide transportation to Naxos. And yet our confirmation from Viator clearly shows a pickup from our Mykonos hotel.
We are now fighting with Viator to get a refund…

The perfect blend of life in Naxos, culture and history. We enjoyed a variety of stops and didn’t feel rushed. We valued having a guide who could get us safely to our stops on the narrow and winding roads.

Our driver, Manolis, was a local and very knowledgeable. He made a wonderful recommendation for lunch while we were visiting the villages. We ended up booking him for our transport to the port for our departure as well.

This is the must do tour of Naxos island! We had a local, Mario, and he was legendary. Took us to several excellent spots, so much history, and was patient and helpful all along the way. The Pottery was a blast to see, Filoti and Chalki were so beautiful and rich with history. Mario even took us to some churches and gave us some excellent history to think about. Even our teenage daughters had a blast and they still remember this as the most memorable tour of all our 11 days in Greece.

We had a fantastic tour of Naxos, truly one of the highlights of our trip. Mario was an incredible guide: friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great tips about the island that we never would have discovered on our own.
We visited some amazing sites, but the standout was definitely the pottery workshop. We ended up spending way more time there than planned because we loved it so much!
Even though we’ve been to Naxos before, we learned and saw so many new things, which made the experience even more special. Overall, a wonderful tour that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the island.

This was a great way to see the diversity of Naxos. We visited some beautiful villages, viewed some ancient traditions ( pottery, distillery & Olive press), and had a delicious lunch. Our guide Manolis was fantastic and was very adaptable as the day commenced with torrential rain which required a quick adjustment to our itinerary. Also, as he was a local, he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.

We covered so much in this customized private 5 hour tour. Our driver, Mario was knowledgeable, sweet and polite. He grew up on Naxos and knew so much about each place and its history. And so enthusiastic and proud. He took us to Demeter, a 4 generation pottery place, and the villages of chaliki, filoti and aperanthos. I may have mispelled them. We went through the mountainous interior of the island. It is worth a look to see the island in addition to the coast.

If you want to get to know the history, culture and soul of Naxos, this tour is for you! Our guide, Aldo, was great in pointing out the sites and hidden features in and around the villages that make Naxos unique. We learned a lot and gained a real appreciation for the history, culture and people of the island. The Kitron distillery tour and tasting was also a real treat! Highly recommend for those that want something more than beach time.

This was a wonderful tour of inland Naxos! We started at the Temple of Demeter and then visited a generational pottery workshop. Afterwards, we stopped in three very unique Naxos villages, including one where our tour guide grew up and still lives! That added a very personal touch to the tour.

We had a wonderful time seeing the local areas of Naxos. Our driver’s name was Mario and we would recommend him to anyone considering this excursion. He took us to the local pottery store and villages. We got to go olive oil tasting and see some of the oldest churches in Europe. This was one of the best excursions we have went on and hope to come back on day. Roll Tide

Great way to spend the afternoon seeing parts of the island that you normally would not see our guide Mario did a wonderful job, especially being aware of our group and some that could not walk that much very knowledgeable and made the day very enjoyable
