Your tour will be leaving from the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal, East Dock behind Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville on Paradise Island. The Paradise Island Ferry Terminal is located between the two main bridges that connect Paradise Island and Nassau. Check-in is 15 min prior to your departure time.

What To Expect

Spend time in paradise and relax on a private island in the Bahamas on this Pearl Island Escape. Book your escape in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot for the half-day package.

Make your way to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal and take the ferry across to Pearl Island. You can soak up the sun or relax on shaded decks and beach chairs on two white sand beaches, visit an iconic lighthouse, or play in the water with the included snorkeling equipment, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, water mats, and water trampolines.

Refuel with an authentic Bahamian lunch and refresh yourself with freshwater showers and full bathroom facilities. At the end of your escape, use the included ferry ticket to return to Nassau.

We had an amazing time at pearl island 🏝 they even had a pig tour on this excursion, beautiful beach, plenty for the kid's to enjoy and the cooks did an amazing job on the cooking which was included. The staff was very friendly and I would choose this tour again. 4 hours was a good time, I recommend going early to get the full experience, I see some didn't feel it was a long enough experience. Elizabeth on the Bay pickup spot left on time.

Very beautiful island.

The fairy from downtown Nassau to Paradise Island only leaves when it’s full. There is no set times so you must be there extremely early or have to do what we did and take a $30 cab over the bridge to Paradise Island. The tour guide let us know we could ask for the boat to drop us back at downtown Nassau which was really good. Didn’t get any history of the island or anything just the ride over there. The water was a little rough that day so we couldn’t snorkel on the reef, but we did get to snorkel on the other side and saw a lot of fish and the stingray. It’s a little bummer that there wasn’t any real place to swim in the ocean just hanging out in a shallow roped of area. but it was a beautiful island. Very nice to lay in the lounge chair and just look at how pretty everything is. The food was good. And there is a bar to purchase drinks.

Was a bit overrated from what I saw online, the island gets packed as several boats come packed with people if your not one of the first boats in chairs will be limited. Most of the beach is rocks and if traveling with kids who want to play in the water this probably isn’t the experience you want as the 2 sandy beaches fill up quickly. Food was ok if you want hot dogs for your kids this is extra. Based on other day trips we have done they might cost a little bit more but it is worth the extra expense

I didn't know we had to bring our own towels so that would have been good info, and also the website says that you can play on the obstacle course as part of your experience but that wasn't the case. They were charging $10.

Everything in the Bahamas is expensive - I thought for the price of this one, it was well worth it. The staff on the island were friendly and helpful. It’s a cheap option for a day tour.

Worst excursion ever

The pictures are a catfish. The island was like a ship wreck had washed upon shore, the ferry left us so we had to pay for our own water travel. We got a meal ticket which definitely wasn’t worth it. The food was cold.

It’s more on your own! Snorkeling the reef was awesome. Separate fee for that of $25 per person. There are bars for drinks and lunch good. There really was no guide and island is small but beautiful. Great swimming in one side and snorkeling on the other

You have to really pay attention because I didn’t hear them call out to get on the boat but saw the line otherwise it was a lovely experience for the price. The food was tasty I even got my little one to eat fish! The snorkeling was $25 not included but worth it and the location was lovely

Would not recommend for family activity

Bad experience…Island is not as the pictures show, nor were the activities available as they describe. The paddle boards were all broke, so we couldn’t use. The trampoline had holes in it so couldn’t use. You don’t have access to the entire small island and the snorkeling experience was very very short.

Turquoise waters and white sands

This is a relaxing beach spot with white sands and turquoise water. Select from lounge chairs on the beach or a cabana (at cost). Wish there were more food options, but the meal provided was good. If there’s a changing room for the ladies I didn’t find it, so that’s the only thing I’d want to see next time.

It was okay. A lot of different groups and access areas so was a bit confusing. Lunch was just okay. It got the job done but 've had better. I had to pay extra to snorkel in a certain area even though I paid for unguided snorkeling, it was an odd set up overall. The staff was great though! Charlessa and the crew were very friendly and helpful.

The timing was too tight to enjoy the island. The boat to pick us up from the ferry port (close to the Atlantis hotel) was almost an hour late to pick us up. Then the boat crew mentioned a 3:15p pickup but it actually left at 2:50p. Also, the food was not very vegetarian friendly and the drinks were quite costly. They provided more service to the folks from the cruise vs people who booked online. I would not recommend this for an online purchase.

The Island was beautiful and beaches clean and nice. The food was tasty. The only problem was a boat picked up many people at 2pm. We still had over an hour. The lifeguards left, no place to get a drink, could not go out on water adventure that had trampoline, climbing wall was also closed. Overall good experience but remember not everyone leaves at 2pm and we would have liked more things open

We were guided to a boat that took us to the boat the goes to pearl island which we missed that boat.it wasn’t our fault as we awaited for people to aboard the 1st boat making us late to the 2nd boat.we never got a chance to go on pearl island.we had to ask for a refund as well as pay money to get back to nassae to our Royal Caribbean boat including what we paid to try to get to pearl island +tip..this is my 1st cruise and wasn’t guided correctly or properly but if I book Pearl Harbor again at least I know which way to go..good luck everyone.its more to this story but I think I said enough.

Directions to get town shuttle are horrible

Waste of Time

To be fair, the day started with rain and was a cloudy, cold day. The island was ok and had potential. With that said, it wasn’t the cleanest and there was a lot not said. For example, you were only given 1 cup of water with your meal. Was not informed yo bring water. You had to pay for beverages. No towels included and food was so average. The beach was small and really ok for kids. I was with teens and we were bored after an hour and wanted to go back. I would say go if you have nothing else planned. Not good value for the money.

Not worth it. You get charged even for sneezing - the list of things offered are basic necessities, ie shower to raise, restrooms, etc and the so-called Pearl Island is not that impressive

Beach heaven in the Caribbean

First time reserving an excursion online while cruising. I was a bit hesitant for fear of delays and missing my cruise departure. It was alright as all went as scheduled. Pearl Island is exactly as it sounds — a piece of beach paradise in the Caribbean. I really felt on vacation… cute layout, aqua beach chairs, tiki huts, beautiful turquoise and warm waters. Negatives: they no longer offer massages, the included lunch is delish but they only give you tepid water (iced lemonade, fruit punch or cold water would be ideal), liquor is expensive… a beer bottle $8, plus tip! But overall a great trip and experience. I recommend it.

Not what I expected the beach chairs were so old that you can fall threw them very run down and when I booked tour you should be more clearer on pick up directions had to take A cab to the pick up location which was not stated when I booked the tour
