What are people saying about Nassau

Day well spent!
This was totally worth the time and money, if you are in Nassau you must try it out! I planned to do this with my husband and I and then our friends were interested so the tour operator was so kind as to allow me to message him quite a bit to add more people to the group, he was so prompt and friendly! This was a very authentic experience through the downtown area of Nassau, and the guides were very friendly, attentive and gave us history as well! Loved the rum cake, and the staff there were so sweet and’s genuine! I myself had never driven an ATV but this was so fun and easy to learn, thanks to my husbands patience and the guidance of our guide. We were all glad we experienced this little place while riding an ATV, ten out of ten for sure!

Scenic views
We had a great time with Recco driving around the city. Saw some of the residential side and the caves. He was attentive and provided information at each stop. The food we had for lunch was authentic Jamaican food and was very good. Highly recommend the tour.

Highly Recommend
Cyrus, MJ, and Tino were punctual, helpful, knowledgeable and super welcoming. They picked us up at Prince George Warf. Unlike other places that charge a bunch of fees in addition to the rental, Cyrus (owner) is great and he bundles it all into an all inclusive rate (transport to and from the cruise port, insurance, gas, etc). I highly recommend these guys. They are a newer company and absolutely worth entrusting with your visit to Nassau.

Fun was had! Even better if headsets had worked at a farther distance
We had a great time! Ben and Desire were our guides. They were great. It was easy to find the pick up location, just outside the cruise terminal. Shuttle came and got us and took us to the Bowcar rentals. Filled out paperwork and signed waivers. We rented the Jeeps/UTVs. They were very clean and nice condition. Not rundown. We were given head sets so that we could listen to Ben as we drove on the tour. I will say the only downside I found to the tour was that the Jeeps were last in the convoy line and we couldn’t hear ANYTHING on our headsets due to the distance between Ben at the front of the line and us at the back. That did stink because I feel like we missed out on some fun information and points of interest while driving. We stopped first at a tea store. I am not a tea person, but did end up buying 3 different kinds, as the samples of them were really good. We also stopped at a small cave. Nothing too spectacular there but it was neat little place. We then headed back and had an amazing lunch on the way. Ben shuttled our family back to the cruise terminal and on the way talked about a few of the places that we passed by, so I thought that was something a little extra he did for us. Overall, great time was had by our family. My 14 and 15 year olds also really enjoyed it so that was a plus. I did think there was supposed to be another stop but maybe not.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Nassau is full of attractions and landmarks, and an adventurous way to see them is by off-roading across the city on an all-terrain vehicle or Jeep. On Nassau 4WD tours, you’ll get to drive in an ATV to sightseeing spots like the Queen’s Staircase, Fort Charlotte, the Bahamas Rum Cake Factory, and Arawak Cay. You’ll be accompanied by a guide, who will share history and information about the sights, and many tours include snacks or lunch.
