Great experience!

Erika_C, Jul 2026
Richard was a great guide. The tour was very informative. We had plenty of time on each stop and he got us back on time.

Very convinient! Very personalized! We learned about the culture and history of Bahamas on every detail and saw it first hand. Rich’ard, is awesome and really took good care of us and made sure we experience Bahamas even in a short period of time.

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you for your lovely review. I will let Rich'ard know... he really is the best. Hope to see you in the future.

Emily_D, May 2026
Everything went as planned and Jo was the best tour guide we had. He knew his history very well and we throughly enjoyed the tour!!!

Not worth the price

Klevys_S, Apr 2025
Do not book this tour. It was very underwhelming. It was nothing as advertised..waiting on the wowww

Misleading advertising

Merle_W, Apr 2025
The advertising for this tour is misleading. It is more a tour of Nassau. You don’t actually visit Atlantis, just the casino entrance to Atlantis. You do not actually see or go to the resort.

Must do trip in Nassau

Cristian_P, Feb 2025
Best way to get a feel of Nassau. You see an ancient fort, you visit the rum cake factory, you go to the Atlantis hotel. Last stop is the straw market. Greg was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Response from Host, Apr 2025

thank you for your review, I will let Greg know and we are thrilled you enjoyed it.

Nassau

Marville_V, Jan 2025
We had to wait for 45 min start the tour, it was only the driver, he gave us some information about the town and when we got to the different places he left us alone.

Response from Host, Apr 2025

I apologize for the delay, this may have been due to the downtown "revitilazation" but that is finally completed. It did slow us down from coming and going to the port. The driver is also the guide and the stops are for you to explore on your own as described in the tour description.

Going over to the rum...

Shaunakay_B, Jan 2025
Going over to the rum cake factory and the Atlantis and our tour guide was phenomenal bus 304. Driving through the town going to the Queen's staircase, meeting the locals at the craft market and having delicious drinks and food was amazing

All ok but think about a simple trip around a city with not too much to see Driver guide was ok Monuments needs love from the government

Not the expected experience

Ann_H, Dec 2024
The good and the bad. I spent over an hour on the phone with a travel agent for Viator arranging this tour. It was supposed to be a private tour for four people two seniors, one in a wheelchair. The tour was supposed to take me where I wanted to go. Instead they showed up and I'm now part of a group of 20. With a shuttle that my husband had to climb on and off of. Thank God for friendly people that were able to help me and him. Tour took me where they wanted to go. Not where I wanted to go. My mother's dream was to see the aquarium at the Atlantis hotel. We had exactly 30 minutes to buy tickets try to take a tour and get back to our bus which wasn't going to work. The tour guide was friendly and kind but unfortunately that doesn't help when this is not what I arranged for.

they don't give you what they offer

JaimeJ_D, Aug 2024
when I bought it for my family of 5, it said 5 stops, we only had 3 stops, and we missed Queen's Staircase, Gregory's Arch, I'm requesting a refund

Response from Host, Sep 2024

I am glad that we were able to speak about this and as I explained, the Queens Staircase and Fort Fincastle are the same location, so only 1 stop there. We have 3 stops in total with facilities at all stops. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the grammatical error with Gregory's Arch, as it is a point of interest we talk about and pass by, it is not a stop.

Amazing

Carma_D, May 2024
The guide was funny and very knowledgeable. Very good experience. Will recommend it to others. ☀️🇧🇸🇭🇹🎊

Great tour

Romel_S, Apr 2024
I went on this tour with my husband and one year old. We had an amazing time and our tour guide Richard was very knowledgeable. It was very fascinating to learn about some of the history of the Bahamas. We even got to stop a few times to walk around, buy souvenirs, and visit the famous Bahamas Rum Cake Factory! I would definitely do a tour like this again the next time I am in the Caribbean.

Response from Host, Sep 2024

Thank you so much for the lovely review. So glad you enjoyed our little Island.

Confusing meetup/Atlantis advice

Angel_W, Feb 2024
Our tour guide Jerry was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and kind and even gave us a little extra time at most of the stops. However, it was very confusing for us to find the tour bus meeting spot. The directions said to “meet at the hair braiding area” (which we did) but we had to ask several people where could we find our tour guide. We weren’t sure if we were waiting in the correct area because we expected to see someone there with a sign or something. One of the hair braiding ladies was nice enough to make a call and then someone came to meet us. I do understand that they were extremely busy but the meetup seemed unorganized. The stop to the Atlantis resort was kind of disappointing because we had to park pretty far from the entrance so we only had time to walk to the resort, use the restroom, snap a few pics and walk back to the van. If you really want to see Atlantis, I’d definitely recommend booking a tour that has a longer stop there, or a tour that is exclusively for Atlantis.

Decent tour

Marcello_S, Jan 2024
This tour was decent for 30 dollars it was good buy I had some issues with it... firstly I was put on the wrong bus then rudely disrespected by the woman there who was treating me like I dont belong there... when I was met with the other employee who was cool and respectful they put me on the proper bus... the tour was pretty good explains the island takes you to queen staircase the fort and then to atlantis for a quick look around.... out of everything this island has to offer I believe they could of chosen better destinations for us to see such as the beautiful beaches and other parts of the island... overall it was decent but I would probably do another one if I return

Craig was awesome!

Brittany_M, Aug 2023
Our tour was amazing. Our tour guide Craig was the best. He was funny and knowledgeable. We learned about the town. Toured some cool places and had lots of fun!

Response from Host, Sep 2023

Thank you for the review Brittany and I was sure to let Craig know. Come back anytime, we'd love to have you.

Great tour

Brittany_M, Aug 2023
Tour was great. Took you through parts of Nassau we normally wouldn’t have gotten to see. Learning some of the history was nice as well.

Zhesi_C, Jul 2018
I paid 47 on viator, they only charged tourists at the port for 30. Some of them are even as low as 25. The driver/guide Richard spoke most of the time. He told us the history, jokes and tips, he is funny. The bus is small and full, some of tourists had to sit on jump seats. We were dropped off at Atlantis resort, we chose to stay. Otherwise you won't have time to go to the pedestrian beach, which was very small and difficult to find. Rental 5/beach chair and 20/umbrella, 4/person to go back to the port.Everything is expensive.Overall, I think what we paid was too expensive for the tour.

we waited for 90 minutes for this...

Carol_C, May 2017
we waited for 90 minutes for this tour to get underway, we waited in the hot blistering sun . Then the bus that we were crammed on didn't have air-conditioning . When we got to the fort they made us pay to get up in this dinky fort. There was a con artist at the top of it that pretended to take you on a tour of this 25 ft diameter fort and wanted tip money for his time. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and just take a 4 taxi to Atlantis and skip the tour.

The most awful experience I've ever...

Emad R, Jul 2016
The most awful experience I've ever had entire my life. No office, no tour guy, even no sign. Nothing. Nobody came to take me from terminal. Strongly not recommended...

JAGDISH_M, Apr 2016
Tour bus did not stop at Cake factory to make purchases nor to zoo to see Bahama's national bird flamingo.

This tour was so-so, and the only...

BethanieKay, Mar 2016
This tour was so-so, and the only reason I'm rating it on the lower end of the scale is because there were unfortunately more bad things than good about this tour. The Good: Our tour guide, Richard pronounced Ree-SHARD was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept our tour on-time. The mini-bus was air-conditioned and comfortable, so that was nice. We drove by as many of the 'interesting' things as we could in Nassau, and the 30-minutes free time at the top of the Queen's Staircase was pleasant, to visit the fort, shop, and look at the staircase. Driving around the 'city' and seeing the other various colorful buildings and hearing about the history of the island was nice. The Bad: We waited a long time for the tour to start, because we had to wait for guests from the cruise ship that apparently never showed up. Would've been nice to start closer to on-time, but oh well. Unfortunately, there just aren't that many interesting things to see in Nassau/on New Providence Island - so the tour just wasn't all that exciting sorry!. I was excited for the latter part of the tour, to visit Paradise Island and the enormous Atlantis resort, as I knew there wouldn't be any other opportunity on my visit to Nassau. What a disappointment that was! Beware that you only have 30 minutes at that stop, and that's not enough time to do ANYTHING. Granted, they put Atlantis at the end of the tour, so you can choose to stay longer if you want getting a taxi back to the cruise ship port or your hotel is at your own expense, but literally the only thing you can do for free at Atlantis is walk into the casino and walk around the lobby of the resort. There are guards everywhere who stop you if you want to go anywhere interesting, and you can only go through if you've purchased a day-pass for the activities or are a guest of the resort. So, this part of the tour, IMO, was a total waste of time.

It was not easy finding the tour...

Sharon A, Mar 2016
It was not easy finding the tour after we got off the ship. She should have had a sign. We had to ask four or five people where to find her. The guide on the tour was hard to understand.

Terrible, avoid, they left us...

Sharad G, Mar 2016
Terrible, avoid, they left us stranded at Altantic Resort, had to spend again to get a taxi to come back to ship. Bus driver do not know where to take us keeps going round and round from Atlantic resort to Castle. Out of 3 hour tour time you spend 1 hour before being seated in a bus. Not worth a penny this trip

We had a great tour, and our guide...

Geoffrey L, Feb 2016
We had a great tour, and our guide was wonderful. We learned a lot about the island from him, and we had time to explore when we made the scheduled stops. We recommend this tour!

Décevant

Peggy_f, Feb 2025
. Nous n’avons pas eu le service pour lequel nous avons payé. Il n’y avait pas personne au point de rencontre indiqué. Décevant

Response from Host, Apr 2025

If you did not find our guide, you should be receiving a full refund. They are very visible and hold large signs with the tours name on it. I am sorry you didn't find us to take the tour.

Response from Host, Nov 2024

I am sorry this happened to you, are you sure you were on our tour? We do not stop on Shirley Street. I would need some more context to be able to answer your concerns.
