The tour was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have had a better time with Captain Dion and his crew members, they made the experience fun with music and jokes and were also attentive and helpful when snorkeling. Would definitely recommend this tour!

It was a phenomenal time! Dion and his crew were a marvelous time, very friendly and welcoming! The expefience itself was also amazing, where we snorkled and saw turtles, followed by an awesome beach day!

Left on time but got back to dock 52 minutes late in part due to an unscheduled drop off of some people at cruise ships. Also, one of the crew was frustrated when my kid asked for a mask and snorkel at Rose Island.

The night before she rescheduled the tour to before we got off the cruise ship by 2 hours. We got to the destination only to find out that they already left which I understand they had to do due to booking sizes. We spoke on the phone at their sister company and she said that she’d cancel our tour, however, I was still charged for the excursion on my credit card and I had to call Viator to get my refund back. I feel like they should’ve canceled our excursion when we didn’t appear with a last minute reschedule.
Had a great day. BUT. It is at Margaritaville bar on paradise island..a taxi ride. You DONOT snorkel with the turtles, but you do snorkel at a not so vibrant coral reef.. The island is private NOT Rose Island. The complimentary lunch is a not so great burger and a bag of chips. We ate as we were starving from being in the water.On the up side. The boat ride on the ocean was AMAZING. The crew were very friendly. Overall we made it a great day in the ocean and enjoying the scenery on the boat. If you get a good deal (under a 100) it can be worth it.

Great experience and so much fun! Kareem, Andrew, Vantae and Cleon took great care of us! We were on a girls trip and it was the perfect place for us.
Super friendly, informative, fun, on time. They had plenty of staff to help us and had a lifeguard in the water with us while we were snorkeling. Safe for young kids too.

Great excursion, but the access to get on and the boat was not the best. The last two or three wrongs on the ladder to get in and out of the boat when snorkeling were very slippery just harder for some people. The staff was very friendly and very nice. We also specifically booked something without the pigs and the pigs were there on this excursion. I don’t care for them so I was unaware somehow that there would be pigs, but we just stayed far from them.

Didn’t get to snorkel with sea turtles due to a shark prone area but really enjoyed the snorkeling and private beach. Crew was great. Only thing is wish had more snorkeling time and less time on private island
Make sure the meet up spot is the restaurant not the resort. Also just relax the crew know what they are doing they are freindly, funny and have that caribbean relax vibe..
I dont recommend. It was a poor overall experience and NOT worth the money spent. It may be better to do more research than I did prior to going. I am not sure about these ratings people are posting.

Oasis ocean beach club was wonderful!! We snorkeled, saw sea turtles and spent the rest of the day at the beach club. Captain Kareem and his crew were phenomenal and the bar tenders at the beach club made the best drinks! I would do this excursion again!
Capt Dom and First Mate Andrew provided a fun, entertaining experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed ourselves.
I think there needs to be more detail provided during the purchase process. We didn't realize the boat was going to be smaller. Would have spent more $ for a larger boat experience. Also, the ride out was extremely choppy and rough. Children on our boat were screaming and crying the entire time. The parents had no idea the ride would be so long and rough. The snorkeling was terrible. No fins were provided and the current was too strong to handle it without fins. We'd have brought our own fins had we known. As a result, we didn't even want to leave our kids in the water for more than like 10 minutes. And even the snorkeling location was very boring. Not many fish and not much variety. Then there was this meaningless stop in an area where there were supposed to be tons of turtles. Nope. Barely a handful of smaller ones breathed a few times. it was a waste of time. Finally, the private beach. Well, it wasn't so private, because a group from another boat tour was already there when we got there, partying loud, drinking, etc. and then whatever package I bought, I thought included swimming with pigs, only to find out that it didn't. So my kids were forced to stand on the side and watch. Furthermore, there was no "Swimming" with pigs." the pigs didn't even get into the water at all. They brought some pigs down from a pen. It was so underwhelming. Our two main guys...Deon and Andrew were really nice guys and doing their best. But honestly, this whole experience was so below average. I have done many boat day trips in other islands (e.g, Hawaii, Tahiti, etc.) and all were FAR superior to this and provided much more value. I will not be recommending this to anyone.
The Rose Island tour was great. We were even late to our first tour and they moved us to the afternoon tour without any problems. THANK YOU SO MUCH, We were on a cruise and the number one thing we want to do was take the girls snorkeling! Andrew, the snorkel guide was amazing and caring and he ensured that our 9-year-old daughters were safe in the water. We had a magical trip while on vacation celebrating my birthday and part of it wasn't thanks to this tour!!!!
My family had an excellent time on this tour! There was a little bit of everything - snorkeling off the side of the boat to check out some of the fish in super-clear (and comfortable) water, getting to see sea turtles up-close in a preservation area, and just hanging out on the beach. We didn't opt for the tour that involved feeding the pigs, but we still got to see them run out and cavort with the other guests. Most importantly, all of the staff, from our captain to the cook and bar staff, brought a really fun and festive energy to the day.
Not complaints, but things to know to set expectations - the beach itself isn't super huge (not a lot of room between the buildings and water), but plenty of room to relax on the chairs provided or bob around in the sea. Lunch is also pretty basic (burgers and hot dogs) but it does the job. Also, if you are joining from a cruise, note that it's a cab ride over to the pickup spot on Paradise Island from the cruise ship terminal (we paid about $35 each way).
We had the BEST time. Such a great experience and the crew could not have been more friendly and professional. They did a great job of making it fun while also being super professional and ensuring safety.
They fed us lunch of burgers, or hot dogs with chips and the burger was very good.
We saw lots of fish while snorkeling, several sea turtles and the pigs were super cute.
The beach club was great and if we ever return we would do this tour again to see the new infinity pool that was under construction there.
Such a great time for a great value. You wont regret it.
The reason we booked this experience over others was it advertised SNORKELING with sea turtles. However, upon boarding the boat they told us that we were only observing sea turtles from the boat. At the sea turtle area, we were told it was because of sharks. That is a hard argument when literally every other tour group at the same area was in the water snorkeling. Many people on the boat looked frustrated and disappointed. The family across from me also said they thought it was we would be in the water. I showed the captain a screenshot of the listing and expressed my confusion. He said they never snorkel with the turtles. I was concerned going in after seeing reviews saying that it was just observing, but other reviews said you do snorkel with them. The snorkeling over rainbow reef and the island were beautiful, but for the cost we left very disappointed in the false advertising.

This excursion doesn’t start by the cruise port. You will need to get a taxi and that will cost you around $25 each way.
Your first stop will be at a reef where you have 25 min. to snorkel. No fins were offered and the current was pretty strong. I consider myself a good swimmer and I was struggling to stay pretty close to the boat as I knew our time was short. Be careful getting back into the boat as all steps except the top 2 have no grip and are slick and your foot can slip easily.
You then drive over to where the turtle can hopefully be seen but you aren’t allowed to get out and swim with the turtles as they say this is a spot where the sharks come to feed in the turtles. There were other tours at the same spot and their customers were swimming with the turtles. I was very disappointed in not getting the chance to enter the water here.
Once we reached the 007 beach club it was nice. They are still working on the space and construction was going on behind blinds. We had ample time to swim and relax in the water here and had use to kayaks, paddle boards and 3 floating water trampolines (something think that).
Other thing that one should know is that getting onto the boat from the dock in Paradise can be a little challenging if it’s low tide. The staff was very helpful but it is a little scary.
We also choose this excursion because we didn’t want to do the swim with the pigs/feed the pigs and this was also obviously an option that wasn’t advertised here for this excursion. We didn’t know this until they called for anyone that had paid to feed/swim with the pigs to please come out of the water.

We have a group of 10 including 4 kids. We all enjoyed the boat ride (beautiful clear water) and the island. We wished we had more time for snorkeling. By the time we got in the water we only had about 10-12 minutes. We saw several sea turtles and the fish at the snorkeling were beautiful. Swimming at the island was a highlight.
Helpful hint - if you contact them ahead of time they will pick you up within walking distance of the cruise (8 or more people). Saved time and money taking a car to Margaritaville.

The staff was great. The boat was packed so it wasn't very comfortable. Snorkeling only lasted for around 20 minutes. I really was going for more. Additionally, the reef was deep, so you really couldn't get a close up view except for the fish that would choose to swim near you. After searching for turtles, we went to their private club for lunch. This was really just sitting on a beach for a couple hours. While beautiful, I could have just stayed at the resort if I wanted to lay around. I did enjoy the views while boating to and from the marina.
The snorkeling and Rose Island were beautiful (8/10), but the excursion was extremely poorly managed. Our tour which was supposed to be 10 AM-2 PM was rescheduled twice on the day of the excursion, with a final time of 12:30 PM-4:30 PM. We called Viator to cancel because we were worried about missing our 5:00 PM cruise. The operator then arrived, asked us not to cancel, and repeatedly guaranteed we'd be back at the cruise port by 4:30 PM and dropped off directly at the terminal. Based on those assurances, we withdrew our cancellation request.
The excursion itself was enjoyable, but everything fell apart on the return. Despite reminding the crew multiple times that we had a cruise to catch, there was no urgency or organization. Passengers weren't called back to the boat, we didn't leave Rose Island until about 4:22 PM, and the captain even slowed down for 5 minutes so everyone could watch sea turtles. We weren't dropped off until 5:02 PM, forcing us to sprint 10–12 minutes to our ship. We only made it because others onboard intervened. Otherwise, we would’ve definitely missed our ship.
What makes this so disappointing is that the issue wasn't bad weather or circumstances beyond their control—it was poor planning, repeated delays, disorganization, and promises they failed to keep. Throughout the ordeal, no one apologized or acknowledged the stress they caused. The snorkeling was good, but the operation deserves 1/10. If you're arriving by cruise ship, I strongly recommend choosing a different operator. Missing your ship is simply not a risk worth taking.

Captain Deon and first mate Andrew made the ride to and from the island a blast! We felt safe and entertained the whole time! Rose Island was beautiful and we spent just enough time snorkeling, eating lunch and swimming at the beach. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation. I would highly recommend this tour!
This as a fantastic experience. The captain made sure to look for turtles for us to swim with before letting us off to snorkel. The island was beautiful and there were floating trampolines, paddle boards and floats to use. I will say I wouldn’t plan anything to close. If you are hopping off of a cruise for a short time this probably wouldn’t be the best excursion. Our time was moved back, and the boat was still delayed about 30 minutes at our arrival.
This is false advertising. You DO NOT get to snorkel with turtles, you only view them from the side of the boat. Out of the entire 4 hour tour you only get 20 mins of snorkeling, the test of the time is spent on the island, which is very boring -unless you love getting drunk- and driving around on a packed boat. I do not recommend this tour if your goal is snorkeling, find something else.
The excursion was okay overall. The snorkeling portion felt rushed, with only about 20 minutes in the water. Also, you don’t actually swim with the turtles… you only see them from the boat. Lunch was limited to burgers or hot dogs. The best part of the trip was the time spent on the island. A special shoutout to the person handling the social media content, who was incredibly friendly and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
Great crew. Captain Deon and Shervin were awesome. Snorkeling was so cool and Rose Island is absolutely beautiful.
My husband and I had a great time!! Meet up location was convenient, the captain and medic on the boat were so friendly, and the beach club felt like a private beach.
