If I were you, I wouldn’t trust it.
I booked and prepaid for what was clearly advertised as a luxury Cadillac vehicle. At no point in my reservation confirmation or booking details did it mention a Suburban. I only found out that a Suburban was being sent about four minutes before arrival. A Suburban is not what I consider a luxury vehicle, and it certainly was not what was advertised at the time of booking. If the company substitutes vehicles, that should be clearly disclosed upfront — not at the last minute when customers have no real options.
While the driver was professional, the vehicle itself did not match the luxury experience that was promised and paid for. This felt misleading and disappointing, especially given the expectations set by the website. I would strongly recommend that the company update its advertising to accurately reflect the vehicles customers can expect, or provide proper notice and approval before making substitutions.

We thank you for your review. Your booking was made hours before your transfer pickup. We advised you via email that the Escalade was not available for that time. We waited for your reply before confirming your booking. As time was passing, due to the late booking and needing to complete our schedule, we added your booking. Upon pickup, the option was also given to cancel the transfer. This was not the case and the transfer was accepted by yourself. We would like to reiterate that an email was sent once reservation was received and again an option was given to cancel ride upon pickup.

They guy picking us up from airport was late picking us up. Probably like 10min but sink won new to a country, I expected hik to be on time. We couldn’t call or text. Had random pwople in airport call and phone didn’t work so I felt like I was being scammed so I was freaking out. When he picked us up, it was like we were in a ash tray. Nothing but cigarette smoke. He didn’t wear a seatbelt thwn he was on phone with his woman and rwg conversation was in appropriate. The guy who dropped us off was also late. He was nice but whenever he would go pass 60, the tires wouod shake. Car dirty and old. Horrible experience.

This transportation package clearly advertises roundtrip transportation in a Cadillac Escalade but we did not have an Escalade for either trip. The Chevy Suburban was sufficient room for our family, but I booked this based on the Cadillac Escalade in the title. Upon arrival, we checked in with company outside and still had to wait about 20 minutes for our car. We were picked up 25 minutes late from our hotel for our return trip. Fortunately, there was enough buffer time built in before our flight, so we did not miss our flight.

We do apologize that we were not able provide transfer in our escalade. This was due to booking for the vehicles being interrupt due to flights being delayed which resulted in our arrival and departure being off.

Upon arrival we were greeted and treated exceptionally well. Our driver arrived promptly and was very pleasant. Mr. Johnson also gave us a nice little tour of the fish fry area at n the way to the resort. Highly recommend using this service.

We were promised a driver would be waiting for us upon our arrival. That didn’t happen. After some time, I found the phone number of the service that was supposed to meet us. It took 45 minutes to an hour for a driver to finally pick us up. The only explanation we received was there was a wedding party that needed their service? Not sure why that affected our prearranged agreement. Everyone was kind and apologetic, but we still would have been better off getting a taxi - we would have arrived at our hotel sooner and the expense would have been way less. I had payed more for this service to avoid having to wait for transportation upon arrival. We didn’t get what we payed for and were very disappointed.

Courtesy Private Chatters made our trip stress free and wonderful. Got a text from them the day before our departure with instructions on how to meet our driver after we landed. Communication was smooth and extremely helpful. Our driver Mr.Johnson was awesome. He shared a lot of local tips and information about the town with us and went above and beyond. He made our trip to and from the hotel comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely book again with them.

Trustworthy and well organized. Lots of reminders to give confidence. Helper was excellent and checked us in as we exited the airport, then took us to the car, Better experience than expected and also got a nice guided tour on our drive. Worth the extra price for peace of mind, and avoiding crowds.

We booked private transfer to the hotel. When we came out of the airport they were waiting for us with name sign. The driver arrived shortly and took us to the hotel. The ride was short and comfortable. The driver professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

We were given no information at who to meet and where to meet. We had to call the main number and ask for instructions. We were told to meet by the pay phones. A woman came and met us and was very nice but there was hardly a communication between her and the driver. We ended up standard outside waiting for almost 45 minutes all the while being told the driver “was about to pull up.” She would not let us walk to the vehicle (probably because he was not there.) We eventually walked down and found him parked at the very end of the airport. After a short 5 minute ride we arrived at the hotel then we were asked over and over by the driver for a tip! Not the start we wanted for our Bahama vacation!

We looked into the allegations of the driver asking for a tip and we apologize for the miscommunication as he was instructed by your husband to check with you. Our drivers do not ask for tips as we leave that option up to our clients.

Nice and punctual . I received a call from Marcus as soon as I made it through customs letting me know that he was outside with a sign with my name on it . The SUV was able to fit me and my four other family member with all of our luggage. Drive was quick and nice
