Our tour guide offered a very informative personal tour of old Montreal. Unfortunately admission to Notre Dame Basilica was not included. (Itinerary on website is not clear.)
The two hour tour was most enjoyable thanks to our lovely guide, Laura!
It was an excellent tour with much to see. Delia was an excellent guide with lots of information and history to share. I highly recommend.
Ben was so knowledgeable! The tour was leisurely and engaging. Even in winter, take this tour and enjoy learning about the history of Montreal!
Guide could not make the tour. We waited over an hour. Not blaming him but I have nothing to review.

The situation you described does not reflect the standards we set for ourselves or our hosts.
Our guide had to cancel at the very last minute due to an emergency, which is why they could not join you on the day of the tour. Please rest assured, a full refund has been processed.

Great general knowledge of old Montreal. Good activity when you first arrive to get situated and learn about the area.
Guide to as flexible and answered all questions, very personable, even helped with suggestions for next day. We really enjoyed our time together
We took a private tour of the downtown area with Gabriella. We were so glad we had a tour of that part of the city as she gave us some great information we would not have gotten on our own.
The tour was very informative and we enjoyed spending time with our tour guide Amro. Amro did a great job showing us around the City and was very passionate and excited to do so.
