Super fun, would definitely recommend! Kinda hard to hear the captain, kind of hard to find where we needed to be. Would not recommend for small children, my kids are 14 and 18, and they loved it..

Nothing extraordinary; just a short boat ride in the vicinity of the Old Port Montreal. Did not learn anything new ... but it was nice to cool off a bit during extreme heat.

Great trip, Alex our skipper was very informative and kept commentary light yet interesting. Boat is quiet and stable, and whizzed through the faster waters. Nice to be on a trip with just a few others, only 10 on the boat. When trying to find the boat look for the jet skis.

What a Experience it is just Perfect, Our captain was the best person that elevated the experience even more.We couldn’t get his name but he is 29 Years old and Clean Shaved guy. Two co passengers Who were French still they did their best talk to us in English and they were so wonderful too. So Overall 100/10 experience.

Enjoyed our Friday evening boat outing with Amine as captain. The boat (24 ft with Bimini) was perfect for our small group. Amine shared lots of information during our cruise and we had fun seeing Montreal from the water.

Alex was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and a skilled boat operator. The tour was a mall group size on a beautiful safe maintained boat. It was a great experience and very reasonably priced. I would have paid double for this tour.

We were very excited for the boat trip, looking forward for the wonderful views of Montréal. This was our birthday trip and first time in Montréal. We got there on time to the meeting point, there we waited and waited and there was no sign of anyone there. After 30mins of us calling the provided number, we asked someone and they told us that you guys didn’t specify the correct location and then send us to the correct one near the science building. We ran there while calling the same number and finally made it at 6:15 sharp. There was the boat, that captain later told us that he saw us. There was no sign no nothing indicating that that was indeed the boat. We were there with our dogs (specified on our reservation) and asked everyone there and they didn’t even know viator was there. We stayed there the whole hour, people there trying to help us, until one of the crew member of the ferry traveling to the island told us that the boat was there when we were trying to communicate in French (we also specified that we speak little French). After an hour the boat came back. We asked the captain why he didn’t identify himself as part of the company, since we were trying to find him and where in fact on time since he saw us and and we did also at the port. He told us that he tried to call us at 6:13, but the number he showed us was not mine. Regardless we were in front of him the whole time asking people were the boat was, running from side to side and he never once bother to ask the lost tourists with 2 service dogs is they were the ones he was waiting on
Today was our last day in Montréal and wanted to enjoy its beautiful views. We are very sad and disappointed on the service.
Again, We tried to call to number provided and it was only an answering machine. Poor service

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not go as expected, especially during your birthday trip and your first visit to Montreal.
The Old Port can sometimes be difficult to navigate, especially for visitors who are not familiar with the area, as there are several docks, boats, and access points close to each other. We understand how stressful it can be when you are trying to find the right boarding location in a busy waterfront area.
Our captain was at the dock for the scheduled departure, but unfortunately it seems there was confusion in locating the exact meeting point. We are sorry that this situation prevented you from enjoying the boat tour as planned.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working on making the boarding instructions as clear as possible for future guests.

I did this tour with my friend, and Amin, our tour guide, was great. The boat trip was about an hour long, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the experience, take photos, and relax. We also got a wonderful view of Old Montreal from the water.

Nice fast small boat. Less crowded. But not as narrated as I had expected,, probably because of the engine and water noise.
Beautiful sights of the city and St Helens island though, and you really get to feel the rapids and fast moving current.
It's exciting and worth doing.

Sitting in open, small V-hull power boat seating 9 - 10 comfortably any more is tight.
Might be a little scary for some when seeing wave front the strong current but kind of exciting seeing the boat "cutting" waves.

Note that this is an open air motor boat trip and not a boat that is covered or has an indoor option. You will want to take this tour when the weather is good. Alex was a great guide and the very informative. Thank you!

Vous avez manqué le bateau de 16:00hr mais vous ne dites pas que vous êtes partie sur celui de 18:00hr.
Cela signifie que lorsque le malentendu s'est produit vous avez sauté sur votre téléphone sans prendre le temps de réfléchir pour annoncer à la planète votre drame et nous faire du tort. Déplorable ! Vous pensez vraiment que la planète s'intéresse à vous?
Nous nous sommes occupé de vous pendant votre attente, nous vous avons laissé manger dans le bureau etc...
Vous m'avez promis d'écrire un commentaire positif sur nous malgré les évènements regrettables.
Vous m'avez menti en pleine face parce que vous aviez déjà fait votre commentaire et saviez que vous ne pouviez plus le changer.
C'est petit....
Si j'avais su que vous aviez fait ce commentaire, vous pouvez être certaine que vous ne seriez jamais partie sur le bateau de 18:00hr.

Our boat ride was easily scheduled. We had another family with ours. Our guide, Alex, was super chill. We got to see a number of sites. Wish we had booked it at the beginning of our stay rather than the end due to the fact that Alex made some excellent “must see” suggestions that we were unable to do because we were leaving the next morning.
