This is hard but well worth the reward at the end of the day. One of the best experiences in my life meeting and enjoy the outdoor. I do recommend bring your owe small meaning small snacks.

Not for everybody. Need to be somewhat fit. Also some wilderness experience. No physical limitations or injuries. Trail very demanding.

The guides are great, very knowledgable and very kind! An amazing experience-- truly worth flying to Monterrey just to do this activity. I know of nothing else like it. Keep in mind you will have to jump 25 feet down a waterfall and you will be filtered out of the group early if you can't swim.
