The jet ski aspect of the tour was not the best; it's essentially behind a crappy looking house and the jet skis are of subpar quality. The parasailing aspect on the other hand was nice, you get a nice view of Jamaica up top.

Omg! First our two jet ski instructors were fabulous! So patient and kind! Gave us the option to ride with us, helped us do tricks and guided us well! Then there was Lucci! He steered the boat for our parasailing! I can’t remember his partners name but they were not only funny, but kind, playful, knowledgeable and encouraging! I absolutely enjoyed our activities today! They later helped us rebook a kayak photo shoot that was canceled! I loved this experience so much!

WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF ALLOWED. Reached out to me the night before our excursion offering a full refund because our resort was out of range (even though our resort was included in the options that are in rage for transportation). Kindly accepted the offer of a refund and was promised to receive a refund within 3-5 business days. It has been 3 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND BECAUSE THIS COMPANY HAS NOT UPDATED VIATOR TO ISSUE A REFUND (even though they assured me several times after the initial conversation the refund has been processed) THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND ENERGY AND BOOK ELSE WHERE

Carville Tours Jamaica Will NEVER try to take or cheat any customers out of their money if our services is not provided, that is why initially we offered a full refund because of the pickup location you selected. We are a 100% legitimate company that has a good Reputation and have never done Bad Business, so we once more apologize for the misunderstanding.

This was not fun! They make you sign a wavier stating that you pay 1,000 usd if you break the machine, you get on the machine and all the warning lights are flashing & there’s barley no gas! The machines don’t run properly and they make you stay in a small area! It was raining and there was lightening. Not enjoyable I was charged 600$ for jet ski and parasailing the parasailing was canceled I was refunded 200$ only! So I was charged 400$ for 30 mins on a jet ski that barley worked and it was raining.

Good day, i am sorry you had an experience like this but first of all , lets be honest, none of our waiver says that you pay 1000$ , but if you damage the Machines while you are riding and you are at fault , you are responsible, this is why you were charged 75$, the jetski was flipped and also has damages to the outer shell because of you not following instructions, also there is a *arezone* for riding in which you should not go out of because of the fact that there is coral reefs out there , you failed to keep in that area as well.
Before the jetski tour was started ,the rain was drizzling and we both agreed to wait for a few minutes which we did and it stopped, so there was no rain or lightning at the time. However after the jetski, the parasailing was canceled because of the high winds and you were refunded for that. The price you paid was for 2 persons and includes private roundtrip transportation from your resort , also viator takes a percentage from wvery booking , so thats why you were refunded for that amount and it was explained in many ways to you.

The jet skiing was fun but the parasailing got canceled right after we got done jet skiing. And only got partially refunded which I don’t believe is fair

Well unfortunately, the weather was bad so the parasailing couldn't be done when you got to the location, we cannot control that, however the jetski was done without any issues and you were refunded for the parasailing . Im not sure why you expected to get a full refund for the jetski as well .
But thanks for using our services.

It was an amazing experience and excursion. The jet ski crew was amazing and the parasail crew was also incredible. The driver picked us up on time and the tour company was in communication from the moment we booked. The team made sure you felt safe and catered to all of our needs.

This excursion was the highlight of my trip. I travelled solo and was made to feel welcomed, safe and comfortable by driver Rhone & the other tour instructors. You have plenty of time on the jet skis and the parasailing was amazing also.
Overall I had a great time & lot of fun. I would recommend CarvilleToursJA and go with them again.

The vendor had great communication from start to finish! This excursion was less than 5 minutes away from our resort. It's family owned and operated. They give good instructions. It was our first time riding jet skis and they gave us a brief but detailed tutorial before letting us go out on our own. We will definitely book with them again in the future. Our roundtrip transportation service was also really nice.

This outfit is top notch! From our driver (Ron/Roan? - forgive the accent barrier), to when he dropped us off. This trip is all about my 75yr old mother's bday. They took such care with her; gentlemen the whole way. Allowed us to sail together and even remained on her jet ski with her! That allowed her the opportunity to experience the skiis without fear, and then escorted her up the beach. Absolutely recommend them!

The whole experience was great from the beginning. The driver (Ron) got to our hotel right on time. Very courteous and nice gentleman. The crew with the jet skis were also nice, they were all about our safety. The parasailing was the cherry on the cake. Thrilling! The views from up there were amazing. Remember to use sun tan lotion and take a water proof harness for your cellphone to take plenty of pictures.

Would like to see more space and an actual tour with guide. Jetskis just went back and forth in a limited space. Driver super nice and enjoyed the timeliness of the experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff! If you’re staying in sandals Montego Bay this location is less than 5 minutes outside the resort. They provided a pickup and drop off ride to the resort. Overall great experience
