Eve was our driver, she was sweet and polite! She educated us on so many places. Ryan and Ceddy were our ATV tour guides, they were so nice and fun! Ryan shared alot of information with us along the way and the ATVs were so much fun to ride! Definitely book if you want to have a blast and good experience!

It was a fun experience, however the time of pickup said 8:30 and we were not picked up until 9:40 from the cruise ship which was 10:40 ship time. Then we picked up other people at their hotel and they were also told a different time and so we waited about 30 minutes on them. We arrived back at the cruise ship port about two minutes before the ship was ready to leave. Which was stressful to say the least. It all worked out and it was a good time however just confirm the time before you book this excursion.

We had an amazing time on this ATV safari tour! Our group of 6 had an absolute blast from start to finish. Our driver, Richie, was fantastic—professional, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Our guides, Kyle and Ryan, brought great energy, kept us safe, and made sure everyone was having fun every step of the way.
Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for adventure, great vibes, and an all-around incredible experience!

Rainforest ride up in the mountain side of Trelawny with a wonderful driver Mr Brown, Cedric the ATV guide and Eve, kind beautiful folks and we saw the real Jamaica!! Foliage fauna cows goats chickens MUD! Went fast went slow and had a great time!

The ATV ride was very exciting and had beautiful views. The guides (Crystal, Ryan, Cedrick, and Ritchie) are friendly and informative. They also let us swim in a spring and brought us to a jerk chicken place afterwards.

Eve picked us up at the hotel right on time. She called to let us know she was there. On the ride to where the tour starts, Eve shared a lot about Jamaica’s history and culture and the devastating effects Hurricane Melissa had on the island. When we arrived, Eve did the safety demonstration and ensured we all did enough safety laps on the ATVs until we were proficient. Then it was off with our guides Ceddy and Kyle.
We were out for nearly an hour and a half. Along the way, we stopped and met a gentleman who gave us coconuts, from which we drank the refreshing water and ate the mouthwatering coconut. Later on, we stopped at a spring and drank the delicious fresh spring water.
Ceddy guided us over all different kinds of terrain. Up and down hills, some paved roads, some rocky roads and through some big puddles from the recent rain. My son and I mostly stayed with Ceddy while Kyle stayed at the back and kept an experienced eye on my wife and daughter.
On the ride back, Eve took us through the town of Falmouth, where we got to share a delicious chicken patty (if you get the chance to eat a chicken patty or a beef patty - do it. You will not regret it. The meat is wrapped in a pie-like crust and is seasoned just enough to give it a little kick).
The trip was worth every cent. Eve, Ceddy and Kyle are all incredibly friendly and professional. We are glad we booked this excursion and highly recommend it if you want to spend a fun afternoon away from the beach.

This experience was definitely a 100000 out of 10 the guides were amazing and helpful just going through the jungle was an experience with in it self.

If you are staying in Montego Bay, please know that the start of this excursion is 1.5 hours away. The roads are terrible. The ATV equipment is old and not well maintained. We basically went down 2 different asphalt roads and did U-turns and that was the extent of the tour through the jungle. Other people in our group went with another tour operator, and their experience was much better, and the trails were much closer to the hotels. Not worth the time or money. I have been on ATV tours in multiple locations in the US and foreign countries and this was by far my worst experience. No water, no flushing toilet

Crystal and Patrick made sure our ride although quick was comfortable, they were able to pick us up from our hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle (rare for Viator, most of what’s available here is from Montego Bay or Ocho Rios),
Anyway after a short ride - we reached the place & there were facilities available there.
The gentlemen that took us on the ride were knowledgeable, we felt safe, informed and educated on how to ride the ATVs.
The ride was absolutely excellent, I would 100% do this again & we had an amazing time. It felt like enough time on the ride (I.e. not too short) and I didn’t at all feel at risk even through the dips and hills and water etc.

From the moment Eve picked us up from our resort until the time she dropped us back off it was a great time…she gave us some history about Trelawny, Jamaica…she drove us by where Usain Bolt went to school and his parents home
Once we reached were we would ride the ATVs the guys gave us a safety lesson and a ride on a practice trail before we started the actual ride…the trail we went on gave amazing views of rivers, wildlife and the beauty of Jamaica

It was a beautiful ride through the Jamaican hills. I loved the orientation Eve gave of how to operate the ATV and the trial run before heading onto the trail. The guides were very nice and polite. I loved the coconut water and natural spring water.

The location was great. We went with a large group and when riding the ATVs you have to stay with your group well, two of the ATVs kept breaking down every couple minutes so we never get to really ride for a long amount of time at one point we kept having to stop I bet your way had to stop at least 10 times if not more and just sit there and wait for someone to come fix one of the ATVs that wasn’t working or wait for the group. It’s very frustrating and to spend $250 into constantly have to keep stopping and waiting for something to be fixed on someone else’s four wheeler Was very frustrating. We didn’t get to enjoy them as we had hoped. Also pushing on my throttle on my ATV, I had to push it so hard that sometimes I had to use both hands to get it pushed, and I also had a blister on my thumb from pushing that throttle so hard. Everyone at the staff was nice, but the ride itself was horrible.

Experience horrible not organized they over booked and didn’t have enough atvs so they put my family on 2 broke atvs which the chain kept popping off one and the other broke down approx 6/7 times we were delayed for hours we had to be back at our hotel by 5 we didn’t make uuuggh

Eve took care us for the pick up and her team of drivers was amazing. We went through the jungle fast and stopped to admire the scenery and learn about the land & culture. I recommend you do this excursion it makes you feel like a kid again. You feel free out in nature.

I had an amazing time. The only thing I didn’t like was the driver didn’t come in to the hotel and call our names. Viator called us telling us the driver was looking for us and it was a lie. Other than that my atv experience was amazing.

Great experience starting from the transport. You immediately get the "jungle" vibes from the safari like transport and being able to travel in the "open air". Major kudos to the driver and her skills maneuvering through the narrow roads and prioritizing our safety. The ATV ride was perfect with stops along the way to share more about Jamaica and it's culture. Perfect way to add some adventure to our visit.
