    First of all, we didn't do the tour because the travel company's tour guide refused to meet me and my wife at a location that was close by him because we had no idea where wanted us to meet. This is our first time in Mexico City and had no idea where he was talking about, but we dropped our location which was a few meters to the entrance he was directing us to and refused to meet us. When we finally met up with him, he was rude and said he has another tour and flat out walked away. I was very surprised when I contacted Viator and explained the situation and they refused to give us a refund because the travel operator gave their version of the story and refused to refund our money. Mexico City has over 9 million residents and 21 million people in the metro area so it is a very large and busy city so their location was not clear and there were a lot of assumptions as he said "every tour meets in this location". Do not book with this company and think twice about Viator since they don't stand by their customers and trust the tour companies.

    We are sorry you were not able to understand the instructions to find your Guide, from the moment of the Booking you get a detailed explanation of how to get to the meeting point together with a Google Maps link that you can follow from your phone, that same information is given by your Guide one day before the tour, we also tell you that from the drop-off where your taxi driver will leave you it is at least a 10 minute walk to get to the Ticket bus, the park is big and as you just mentioned it won't be possible for the Guide to walk around the park to find if you don't know where you are that is why the Ticket booth is the best place to meet it is impossible to Miss. It is not our fault that you arrived late to the Tour and we do not have the chance to give you the Tour as we do have other clients that arrive on time, the guide was never rude he was just giving you clear instructions. We also with we were able to share the screenshots of the conversation that we sent you with the clear specification of how to meet your Guide

    At 90 and 80 we were unable to reach the castle since the elevator was shut for the day. Arturo provided an interesting lesson on Mexican history from independence to the fall of Maximilian and then we walked to the wonderful Museo de Arte Moderno, where Arturo taught us a lot as we enjoyed. A very pleasant morning!
