The bus has both a lower and upper open-air section, so you can also choose where you sit, depending on the weather and your preferences. Along the way you’ll have live Spanish commentary.

Guided tour was Spanish only. People were great and the overview of the city was surprising. There are many sides to this city and we were happily exposed to a few of them on this tour. Don't miss this on your visit

Complete misinformation on timing and pick up.
We cancelled it after over an hour wait. Cancelled via Viator. Then much later saw the bus- got on and paid through local company. Much less!

Lovely tour. Bus was modern and clean. I signed up for English but was only given in Spanish. Other than that it was well moderated and decripted. The music and Bombas (jokes) added to flavor of tour.

This tour was nothing like what was sold to us: it only had one route, not two; it only had 2 stops instead of 12 as shown. It was also more expensive than if we had bought it at the bus and did not offer a senior discount as the provider does.

There are 2 circuits, North and Barrios, and two meeting points or stops, Cathedral and Plaza 60. The sightseeing tour passes by 12 important sites but does not stop at each one of them. The senior discount is only for Mexican citizens.

Compré los boletos para ayer domingo pero al parecer no hubo
Servicio. No pude tomar el tour. Necesito informes para devolución de lo q pagué por 2 boletos.

Lamentamos que no haya podido hacer uso de su boleto. Estamos trabajando en conjunto con las autoridades para cumplir con las medidas de seguridad Covid-19 y cualquier otro evento de carácter local. El día domingo se realizó un paseo en bicicleta en la Av. de Paseo Montejo y aunque sí estuvo operando el Turibus, el servicio comenzó a las 12:00 de la mañana.
Ya hemos notificado a Viator para que procedan a darle el reembolso de sus boletos.
