Our tour guide Alejandra was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, very nice, and made the tour a lot of fun. Our driver Pedro was also very nice and the two of them both took some time to think over our dietary restrictions to offer us some great options when we asked for local food recommendations. The boat tour of the reserve was a lot of fun, although we had less time on the water than I was expecting (also if your group is less than 5 or 6 people, the boat ride itself might not be just your group). The restaurant at Celestun that we were taken to is hit-or-miss in terms of the food (the fish ceviche is great) but it is right on the water and a very nice atmosphere to relax for a bit after the boat ride. Overall would highly recommend this tour.

This was an amazing experience and a highlight of our trip to Merida. Alejandra was an excellent guide. We saw thousands of flamingos and other unique birds. My son (4yo) had a great day and was keen on spotting a crocadile. With a careful eye, Alejandra found one hiding under a tree! After our boat ride, we went to a restaurant on a beach. The food and service was excellent- everyone was so kind. We relaxed on the beach for a few hours before our ride home. This was such a great day!

I highly recommend. Blanca was a great guide. We saw lots of flamingos. The beach lunch and experience was perfect. I got a massage on the beach and it was an incredible experience.

Everything was exceptional from the communication in the beginning to the guide and driver to the experience itself. Also they accommodated our additional requests and even returned my husbands hat when he left it in the car. 12 out of 10!

Most memorable was observing the hundreds of pink flamingos. I watched them feed, fly in formation, "walk on water" & move in unison as the boats got closer & closer to the gathering.

This is a "must do" tour!

What a fantastic experience! Our guide, Ale, and driver, Israel, were amazing. They were attentive to every detail and we learned so much about the biota of Celestun. We are vegetarian and pescatarian and Ale jumped right in at the restaurant and helped us order food that wasn't even on the menu. Our boat driver, Rafael, was great and made sure we saw all the best spots for wildlife and allowed us to hang out as long as we needed for photos. I'd say this is a once in a lifetime experience but we will definitely be back again! We have already referred this tour to a friend that is visiting Merida.
