Had wonderful experience.
Service was great. Took a double kayak for 5 hours. Plenty to see. The further you go the better the views. There is couple caves that you can go in on your own pace.

Nous avons effectué une ballade de 4h à 5 (1 kayak 3 places et 1 autre 2 places) en autonomie ( sans guide). C’est vraiment sympa de se promener en toute liberté dans la baie de Fornells.
L’accueil au magasin était très agréable. Uned3s personne parle français l’autre anglais. Le jour de notre réservation il y avait beaucoup de vent et ils nous ont proposé de changer de jour. Nous l'avons fait et heureusement je pense.
Pagayer à 3 dans un kayak n’est pas très facile, il faut vraiment être très synchro pour ne pas se gêner.

Equipe très gentille souriante et attentionnée. Malheureusement le site ressemble plus à un lac qu'à la mer avec algues et rochers. Nous n'avons pas pu dépasser la péninsule car il y avait du vent.

Te pintan que vas a hacer una excursión con monitor, que te explicarán como llevar el kayak y te darán unas pequeñas pautas, que posteriormente a la actividad podrás disfrutar de unas duchas... Muy alejado de la realidad.
Mi pareja y yo fuimos el pasado miércoles, a las 10h (hora a la que nos dejaba reservar), y al llegar nuestra sorpresa fue que estábamos los dos solos y que no había monitor alguno que fuese a venir con nosotros. Una vez en el muelle donde se encontraban los kayaks, nos dijeron las calas que hay cerca y no nos preguntaron ni si sabíamos llevar el kayak. Total, que nos fuimos los dos solos (eso sí, la cala a la que fuimos preciosa, súper tranquila y estábamos solos, por eso le pongo dos estrellas a la experiencia).
Devolvimos el kayak antes porque no sabíamos donde más ir y estábamos bastante decepcionados con la actividad, y al irnos, me llaman del establecimiento preguntandome si habíamos ido a hacer kayak, les digo que si y acto seguido me vuelven a llamar, diciéndome que han anulado mi reserva pensando que no había ido (recuerdo que hacía DOS MINUTOS les había dicho que nos acabábamos de ir) y que si me importaría pasarme a pagar otros 40€. Obviamente, no fuimos a pagar porque no era error nuestro y porque, en VIATOR, ya avisaban cuando compras que si cancelas la reserva, no se te reembolsa el dinero, no íbamos a pagar 80€ de kayak por algo que no era ni lo que habíamos cogido. Así que ya véis, tal y como lo pintan. 0 recomendable.
