The place is very remote. Difficult to find. However, The staff (Mary and family) are wonderful. She goes out of her way to explain the farm and answer every question. The tour is not that long because its a small farm. However, the cheee is exquisite!! I enjoyed it and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great time learning about the cheese making process from start to finish. You can tell this family loves the family business and takes great pride in their cheese. All of the cheeses we tried were excellent and we wish we could have brought more home.

It takes some time navigating small country roads but the farm is the real deal, a family venture has for generations produced wonderful cheeses. Very friendly and informative.

This cheese making / farm tour was an amazing, authentic experience. Evan was our tour guide and he was exceptional at leading us through the hands-on cheese making process and explaining how the farm operates. We also loved petting the cows, giving the baby cows their milk out of a
bottle, watching Evan feed the pigs, and sampling cheese and meats at the end! This is a must if you are visiting Menorca!
It was a great combination of hands-on experience actually making a block of cheese, seeing the farm, and learning about the history and culture of the farm and the island! Ivan, our guide, was exceptional!!

We would thoroughly recommend this activity , this is clearly a farming family who are immensely proud of their heritage and traditional product and so they should be.It was a great balance of farming facts , animal interaction and practical cheese making activity - with the option to buy your own produced artisan cheese ( once cured) shipped out .finished off with a lovely homemade lunch . Tourism needs to keep supporting small businesss like this. 10/10
Tour was fantastic. Great fun for a family with a 10 & 6yo. Hosts were very supportive of small children. Was fun for me (45yo) too.
Beautiful farm with lovely hosts. The small cheese making experience was great. We made our own personalized cheese that we can receive by mail at the later date. Kids had a wonderful time feeding the cows, petting animals and also making cheese. Our guide Ivan was very friendly and was great with the kids. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone who wants a unique experience on the island. The cheese tasting at the end was also a nice touch!
Absolutely fabulous time! We booked as a family for my mum for part of her birthday weekend! The cheese making experience and farm tour were so personal, interesting and an English translation was provided which was excellent. The tasting was excellent, and certainly made us want to buy cheese in the shop afterwards!
It was made clear to us in the cheese making portion that an extra charge would be required for the personalised cheese, and we decided to make my mum a personalised cheese! However at check out we all forgot this which means we didn’t pay for it or leave an address for delivery! I would really like to pay now and receive the cheese in a few weeks! Please get in contact so we can do this!!

Fun new experience learning how cheese is made and trying our hands at it. Also got to feed the cows their hay and feed the 2 and 4 month old calves their formula. Note to Americans: the cheese you make will NOT be shipped to you due to cost and logistics.
Really enjoyed this. Lovely people. Made some cheese to take home, awaiting it to finish maturing.

I’d definitely recommend.
Fun experience learning about cheese-making. Ashley and the other people were great, explained things well. Light lunch with different cheeses and cured meats was served up on a hill under shady trees with a beautiful view of the countryside below. Very enjoyable. My only suggestion would be a little less info about the cows because I already know about them, but for those with children that part would be fun, too.
A brilliant couple of hours seeing the animals, feeding little calves and best of all making cheese. And to top it off the snacks (cheeses, meats, bread, salsa, shortbreads, jam and Binifidet wine) were all locally produced and more than enough for lunch for all of us. Highly recommended p!

We loved this tour!
It was so much fun making our own cheese, feeding bottled milk to the calves & learning about the workings of the farm.
Afterwards, we enjoyed a fabulous lunch, with a chance to sample various cheeses, meats, home-made produce.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis für uns und unsere Kinder. Wir konnten einen eigenen Käse personalisieren. Kälber füttern und hatten anschließend eine Verkostung der Produkte.
Schönes Erlebnis für die ganze Familie. Wir waren schon 5 mal auf Menorca und hatten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schon mehrfach gesehen. Die Käseherstellung und Verkostung war für die ganze Familie ein neues tolles Erlebnis. Wir haben viel gelernt. Unser Großer (11 Jahre) konnte sogar sein Englisch trainieren, so ganz ohne zu mosern. 🤣
C’était génial ! Je recommande absolument cette activite traditionnelle et dépaysante. Mention spéciale pour le guide fermier Ivan et sa famille d’une gentillesse et d’une grande pédagogie merci à eux !
