Negatives: 1. The tour is advertised as in English, but neither the driver or the people at the wineries spoke English. 2. The description (in two places) promises a premium oil factory: Olivicola. They told us that it wasn't open that day. If this is a possibility, it should be on the tour page, or communicated ahead of time. This is the main reason we signed up. 3. The description says: "At each stop, you’ll get into the fascinating brewing process, guided by experts." This did not happen. We didn't see any brewing process. We received no tour or guided explanation. We just drank wine and ate food in scenic places. Positives: 1. The three wineries themselves were beautiful, and very nice. 2. The wine itself was supremely tasty. And we did receive a wine bottle from the tour operator. 3. We ordered food (we had to pay for it, but this is okay, as that was clarified), and that food was great. 4. The driver was friendly, despite him not speaking English. I know that 2 stars is harsh, especially since I say the wine and wineries were great. But I am reviewing the tour operator, who failed in delivering the olive oil & failed to provide an English tour. I do recommend if you want to drink wine in pretty places. But do not expect an English tour and be wary about the olive oil.

Good morning: We regret your rating but at the same time we consider it unfair in light of what other passengers have said. Our tour has an itinerary to visit 2 wineries with Olivacola and unfortunately you booked on a Sunday where generally few places are open which is logical and that caused you not to be able to visit the Olivacola. Despite that, a third winery was selected for you and the tour was completed with 3 wineries visited. And even for the inconvenience of the Olivacola not being open, we gave you a bottle of premium wine. You were the only person who had an issue with Sunday. Regarding the English guide, one of your travel companions was from Argentina and spoke Spanish and it was communicated that he preferred Spanish. We regret your rating but in our opinion it is unfair for the reasons already stated.

O passeio promete vinícolas e uma fábrica de azeite ( olivícola ), mas não acontece a visita a olivícola, conforme prometido. A operadora informou quais bodegas seriam visitadas e o roteiro foi trocado. Valeu pelo bom humor e paciência do motorista da van.

Muy buen tour. En nuestro caso fue super privado y fueron muy amables y flexibles con la direccion de recogida. Pudimos visitar 3 bodegas y tomarnos nuestro tiempo para conocer y degustar. Es solo una copa incluida por persona en el tour pero todas las bodegas tienen a la venta vinos por copa por lo que la experiencia se extiende. Elegimos una de las Bodegas para almorzar y estuvo excelente. Recomendado y espero volver.

Excelente tour, nos llevaron a tres bodegas dos de ellas muy lindas y una experiencia inolvidable, Hector nos apoyó en el viaje, súper accesible y con excelente actitud de servicio, la agencia que organizó el viaje super bien, se comunicaron días antes conmigo para la logística e incluso me dejaron una botella de vino de bienvenida en el hotel, les recomiendo ampliamente este tour.
