The guide did not show up, was not answering the phone and in 1,5hours texted they had a problem with a car and were ready to go 2 hours after the initial start date. Then it appeared that the agency works predominantly with Brazilian tourists and there is nobody in the team who speaks English, so they sent a girl who was not a guide and who actually hardly spoke English. They never agreed with us the agenda although it was supposed to have been done in advance. And instead of good wineries took us to two popular places. Second - with really poor wine. Only during the tour it appeared that although the tour was a wine testing tour, the wine testing was not included. At this price I had a tour in Bordeaux, france with the visits to top tier wineries where tasing was included. So with the service level, timings and price - all in all it was a terrible experience and totally destroyed day.
