Driver was punctual but not friendly. Viator rep met us at airport and then seemed to hand us off to a standard local taxi, which we could have obtained our self.

Not Private Vehicle

This is not a private vehicle, they just take you to the front of the taxi line. Saved about 20 mins but was still a bit convenient although 2x the price.

It seems like this was a third party service who sold the transfer to a third party, and they then sold the transfer to another person (a driver). As our flight was at 6am, there was no room for error for our 3am pick up. The woman never showed and when I reached out, she said she had an issue with her tires (this is in portuguese, which I don't speak). The secondary third party was more helpful and tried to find us a new pick up. The original booking team was absolutely useless as whatsapp messages were AI only. Finally, the second third-party found us a taxi, who picked us up at 3:45am. It was a very anxious situation and I would not book with a third party like this without customer service.

Our driver arrived on time and very early to Our apartment hotel to pick us up and take us to the airport. He was very pleasant and courteous. We had good communication and he made sure that we got there safely.
