It was perfect. Driver met us at Arrivals. Very short walk to the van. Ride was quick and comfortable and refreshments were provided. It was my second time booking with them and I will do it again.

David was awesome, great guy and will hopefully get to ride along with him again. Vehicle was great, friendly guy - and he even was kind enough to drop off my daugther's sweater that she forgot after two days. He found it, texted me, and brought it to the front desk of our hotel.

We had an outstanding experience through this company and would highly recommend them! Our driver, Francisco, was amazing! He was there ahead of our arrival into Mazatlán International Airport and was waiting for us right outside of the baggage claim area with a sign that had our name on it. The van was in great condition and Francisco made sure we had an enjoyable ride including answering any questions we had as well as having some cold beverages available after our long flight! It was the perfect start to a great vacation! Thanks again Francisco!

Our Driver was late, we arrived 15 min before the scheduled time. I would have hoped our driver arrived at the airport early enough to notice... We ended up waiting 25 min for him to arrive. The driver was apologetic and he was nice, we were a party of six celebrating a special occasion and the late arrival was very disappointing. Will use a different service next time.

We are always checking the flight app for probably schedule changes, and your flight didn't show any changes yet until 20 minutes before the original time and showed "LANDED".
When we noticed, we called you by phone and let you know that we were on the way, that we would probably be 15 minutes late, because of your early landing.
Your driver apologized when meeting you and provided cold beer and refreshments on the vehicle.
We hope you had a great here in Mazatlán after the late airport pick up Josie.

We had a wonderful experience with transport from the airport. Our driver David was great! He had a sign upon arrival and was very friendly and welcoming, helping with our luggage and kids. He had installed car seats and had cold drinks ready for us! He even gave some great recommendations for restaurants and local spots to see. We highly recommend his service!

Worked out great!
Our original flight was delayed, so we were unable to make our original connection. I was very pleased at how easy it was to contact and reschedule our pickup, especially since the next flight arrived so late. The driver was right there to pick us up and get us to our destination.

Private shuttle pickup from the Mazatlan airport. Jesus was our driver who was very welcoming, courteous, and gave helpful advice for our vacation stay! He even offered complimentary water, sodas, and Pacifico beer! Cost was worth every penny for the service, and to not have to worry about transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Transfer was stalled waiting for other people. Driver was not visible to us and we had to look for him on parking lot
Where he first told us he had to fix electrical problems which was not true. Stalled for an hour and transferred to another vehicle. He stayed we would get half our payment back

Hello James, we apologize for the inconveniences that you had with that transfer to your hotel.
Driver had a sign with your name printed waiting for you but airport was packed the time that you came out, 2 flights were delayed and passengers from 3 international flights were coming out at the same time and you couldn't see him. Everyone was coming to Mazatlán for the eclipse.
We had a private driver designated for you, but because of delays, we had to share the 14 passenger vehicle with 2 more passengers.
Refund is in process, it usually takes 15 days for you to get it.

Booked last minute before traveling into MZN for the eclipse, this was such a treat. The driver spoke perfect English, had an intimate knowledge of the city and gave us some great tips on the way into town. The cold refreshments were icing on the cake. 100% would do again.

With the business of the airport, it was a tremendous relief to exit customs and see a very friendly man waiting with my name on a sign. He was so kind and efficient and we were on our way in no time. Our daughter needed to stop during the drive and he patiently pulled over and gave us a chance to regroup before traveling on. This was such a great experience and I’m so grateful we used this service!

Driver was super friendly and prompt. Came to Mazatlan for the Solar Eclipse and was concerned we wouldn’t be able to get reliable transportation due to the crowds. I prearranged transportation and was glad I did. Would recommend this company!

Lalo was absolutely fantastic. He was promptly awaiting our arrival and extremely personable. We were very relieved to be able to avoid the taxi line that had around 100 people waiting for a ride.
Lalo went above and beyond. He clearly adores his home city of Mazatlan and shared his recommendations and stories during the drive. He made the extra effort to stop at 2 locations and even waited with us as we were early for our condo check in time. The cherry on top was having Lalo recognize us the following morning while driving and giving us a giant hello and remembering our names. Thank you for the great first experience in Mazatlan!

We are a group of 10 on our annual employee vacation. David arrived at the airport before we did with a sign right outside baggage claim! It was nice not having to wait, as is usually the case with other transportation. I requested beer and water and he did not disappoint! We had beer, water, juice and soda! He was friendly and professional and his bus was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend! Thank you David!
