Great experince. Very friendly staff. Nice fruit and drink on the boat. Saw lots of dolphins, and fish while snorkelling.

Our cruise ship got in late and they did wait for us. As we were getting in the boat, I was traveling with my elderly mother. She slipped getting down into the boat and hurt her hip, knee and ankle and wasn’t able to do any of the events. I asked before I booked the event if they would help her in and out and they said yes… but there really wasn’t much help at all. Her ankle triple in size and could barely walk to the ship. He talked French the whole time and we had no idea what was going on. We were very excited about this excursion and was nothing but disappointed!!!! No one has called and checked on her. She has been stuck in the cabin the rest of the night and all day Thursday. The cruise ship was nice enough to get her a wheelchair so I can get her out of the cabin. We have other excursions and lost our money on them. The doctor on ship thinks it is broke. Put her in a brace until we get her home this weekend.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre mère s’est blessée et que cela a gâché votre journée. Ce n’est évidemment pas le type de situation que nous souhaitons pour nos passagers.
Lors de l’embarquement, après vous avoir attendu 20 minutes avec les autres clients à bord, notre capitaine a proposé son aide et a demandé à votre mère si elle se sentait bien après sa glissade. Elle nous a assuré que tout allait bien, ce qui ne nous a pas alertés davantage. Si nous avions su que la situation était plus grave, nous aurions immédiatement pris les mesures nécessaires pour l’accompagner et éviter qu’elle ne poursuive l’excursion dans de mauvaises conditions.
Après avoir contacté d'autres clients présents ce jour-là, ceux-ci confirment que vous êtes arrivées avec une attelle, que le capitaine a demandé à plusieurs reprises si tout allait bien, vous avez dit oui, vous êtes reparties en marchant tout à fait normalement. Ainsi, nous prenons notre responsabilité lorsque cela est nécessaire mais nous ne pouvons pas tolérer des choses qui sont fausses. De plus vous demandez un remboursement de la sortie alors que selon les autres passages vous aviez le sourire durant toute la sortie.

Easy walk from the hotel Simon, this was a lot of fun, no dolphins on our day, but we did swim with giant sea turtles!

Captain went out of his way to find dolphins went 18km off the coast before spotted a school of a dozen ..you have to be lucky no guarantees. A BONUS we even saw a juvenil sperm whale on the way back spotted by captain Micheal.

The tour is very nice, however the trip started a bit later than communicated and no one informed us in advance.
Ismael was our tour guide who was friendly and helpful during the whole trip.

Our family ranging from ages 63 to 6 yrs of age enjoyed our tour very much. Our guide was very nice and was able to locate several pods of dolphins and a sperm whale during our boat ride. We were able to observe dolphins many different times and the kids loved it!! We spent time snorkeling and swimming in two different locations that were very picturesque. We absolutely recommend this tour.
I do have two things I would want to caution families about before booking. First, our guide only spoke French which made communication a little difficult because we only spoke English. Second, during the boat ride we asked for life jackets for my 6 and 8 yr old grandchildren. Even though they can swim, we would have felt more comfortable with them having lifejackets. Unfortunately, there were no children's lifejackets on board. I felt like this was an issue. Honestly, during our search for lifejackets I do not believe there were even enough for the adults on board. Just wanted to give a heads up if you plan to bring children. This did not affect our enjoyment of the day which was wonderful.

Beau tour de bateau guidé par une capitaine très professionnelle Anola. Partis à l’heure prévue et confortablement installés, nous avons sillonné les côtes à la recherche de dauphins. La guide voulait en trouver et ce fut chose faite! Wow ! Qu’elle expérience. Notre plus belle excursion en Martinique.

dommage de voir les dauphins seulement de loin. Concernant la dégustation, il n’y avait qu’un ananas et un melon à manger , c’est peu pour 12 personnes.

Équipe et ambiance super sympa, les dauphins étaient au rendez-vous, nous avons nagé au milieu des poissons et une tortue nous a rendu visite. Belle balade, je recommande 100%

Une vue exceptionnelle de dauphins et une bonne ambiance lors de la baignade.
Boissons à bord et matériel pour les moins doués de la natation .
