Lucien welcomed me with kindness and kindness. He knows how to pass on his passion. I was dazzled to learn so much about a food I've always eaten. My biggest discovery, the taste of cocoa pulp... wow! I will not consume cocoa and cocoa products in the same way. An experience I intend to repeat with my boys on a future visit.
