There were 4 of us that paid for a massage on the beach. What this company neglected to say is they have one guy doing the massages. So we would have been there for 4 hours. It was a beach that had rip-tides & it was too dangerous to swim there. He gave 3 of us a 45 minute massage & we couldn’t stay any longer because we had to get back to the cruise ship. They refused to give me a refund because I should have known that it would take 4 hours. I know that Viator is not to blame. We booked with them for all our trips & have always had a great time. But this was horrible service of the massage company. They were rude when I asked for a refund.

the location of the massage was on a beach that you can’t swim in because of the rip tides, so that was disappointing. It was trick to find our masseuse because it was on public beach places where they set up in the trees but once we found him it was a nice relaxing place with the sound of the waves in the back ground. We booked 4 massages at 11a but when we got there only one masseuse showed up and we don’t have enough time to be there for 4 hours. We are so working on getting a refund for one massage we couldn’t fit in. The masseuse was awesome and great massage! It was just a different experience than it advertised to be.

Our website clearly states that the massages are given one after the other. It was a misunderstanding, but we would be delighted to see you again in Martinique.

I did not get a chance to participate in the massage. The meeting info was not correct. I had another appointment on my cruise ship and had to return.

We're very sorry you were unable to experience your massage. However, we're a bit confused by this review, as it seems you didn't actually participate in the activity. It appears there were a few unfortunate misunderstandings that led to this situation.
Firstly, our system sends an automatically generated message with the correct location information, but it seems your taxi dropped you off at the wrong place. We apologize for that inconvenience, but the correct address was provided. But to please you, the therapist accepted to bring you to the correct place closeby or to do the massage close to where the taxi dropped you.
Then, as a cruise ship passenger, booking activities with tight schedules and far from the cruise port can be complicated. You arrived significantly before your appointment time (2.5 hours in advance) and, unfortunately, left precisely when it was scheduled to begin. The therapist was there and looking for you. We called you and you said that you left...
