Exceptional Guide

Noura was an exceptional guide — very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and preferences. We did a tour on day 1 so that we had an orientation to the city. She also provided a list of recommended restaurants, spas, and suggested best places in the souk to buy high quality crafts.

Not worth it

This was OK but not worth it. All sites are walkable. I booked the driving tour but that was not necessary as it was just a few minutes in tuktuk and the rest was walking anyways. Tour seemed more about guide taking you to vendors and pressuring you to buy things at inflated prices (likely to get their own cut of the profits). I don’t understand all of the 5 star reviews.

I also dont understand why this review .If the customer book a driving tour we use a car and driver .We never use Tuktuk .The name of the tour guide who did this tour is not mentioned .In Morocco there is no pressure to buy things in markets .The tour guide explain about the handicraft which is the main industry in touristic cities.show workshops of artisans but no one oblige the client to buy .This is part of the tour to discover the souks. The tour guide just do his duty to show the way in the confusing markets .The best way to discover crafts is to visit areas,see artisans making handicrafts but there is no obligation to buy .

Phenomenal tour, phenomenal guide

Ismael, one of Noura's co-workers, could not have been a better guide. He was so knowledgeable about Moroccan history, architecture and culture; had such excellent English, Arabic and French; a great photographer; a warm heart; an ambassador for his country and people; and beloved by nearly everyone in the city. He brought us to amazing shops, the Bahia Palace, the Jewish Quarter, the Berber Market, Jemma el-Fnna and many other attractions. We couldn't recommend him enough. He and his tour were one of the highlights of our trip!

Su pasión por Marrakech y su dedicación para brindarnos una experiencia auténtica fue evidente en cada momento. Su amabilidad, paciencia y disposición para responder a todas nuestras preguntas hicieron que nuestro recorrido fuera aún más enriquecedor. Explorar Marrakech de la mano de Mohamed nos permitió descubrir los rincones más fascinantes y aprender sobre la vida cotidiana de sus habitantes. Nos llevó a través de los laberintos de los zocos, nos sumergió en la vibrante atmósfera de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna y nos guió por los magníficos palacios y jardines de la ciudad.
