Tour wasn’t how it was described in the booking and only lasted half the time that it was suppose to. Didn’t try any of the items that were listed when booking. Even though we payed for 2 people, we had to share dishes. We should both get our own if paying for it. We told him I was allergic to nuts multiple times and he tried to give us food with nuts in it 3 different times. Tour guide also showed up late to meeting point when we had this tour booked days prior

Regarding allergies our guides know about sensitivity towards almonds, nuts...Also the guide confirmed that you had a lot of dishes more than we offer usually to our guests. Got to enjoy all type of local foods, all included in price as well as lots of boxes of olives/nuts/cakes to take home with us. We tried over 8 different samples as well as a tangir at the end. Our guide was very knowledgeable and more than happy to change stop depending on our preferences. Highly recommend.

Unforgettable Experience, Amazing food

This was a tour we booked last minute, and do not regret it at all. The guides were friendly, joking around with us, and even helped me with my French! There’s a lot of information that is given, history and reasoning behind the dishes, as well as great food. I even tried snails! A great experience. We had a fun group, food we never would have had, and made some new friends. Guides are very personable. Will make sure to return to them at a later time, and recommend them in the mean time.

What an amazing experience! We booked this very last minute and really glad we did. Mohamed was a wonderful guide and shared many tips for Marrakech, not just for food. My advice is don’t eat anything before as the tour left us so full- but wonderful to taste so many Moroccan flavours. Can’t recommend this tour enough!

Médina and it’s history combined with great food

The opportunity to see the Médina through the eye of a local who values the history and culture of the city was really great. The Souks are an intense, hustle and bustle experience so to have a guide who looked out for us, helped us navigate and be careful with bikes, traffic and local vendors was appreciated. Food was more filling than anticipated, authentic and genuine. I don’t think we would have seen this side of Marrakech if we had attempted on our own

Wow! What a fantastic experience we had walking around the market with Mohamed 😃. He is super friendly with us & you can tell he is well liked by the locals as everyone greets him so warmly. Most importantly, he took us to taste the most amazing authentic Moroccan foods - olives, home made orange juice, Moroccan pancakes, local soup & ofcorse tagine. Do not hesitate to book this tour!

Mohamed was an amazing tour guide of the Souks!! He was accommodating and did a great job of showing us the traditional foods available in Marrakech's beautiful Medinah. The highlight was sitting in Jemma el-Fna Square and breaking the Ramadan fast for the day with the locals. We all enjoyed plenty of snacks and things along the way. In total we made 6 or 7 stops and ate/drank at all of them. He also showed us the Mosque in the middle of the city and gave us interesting bits of local history while we walked. 10/10 could not reccommend this trip more!

Such a wonderful tour from start to finish. We were met by Mohammed our guide and shown around a variety of places with plenty to eat! It was extra special to share Iftar in the main square. Excellent food and knowledge, nothing was too much trouble and it was a fantastic experience to eat like a Moroccan.

A great Marrakech experience

We had a wonderful time with our guide Mohammed, exploring the "nooks and crannies" of the amazing city that is Marrakech. Our guide was great company throughout the 2-3 hour tour and we experienced the great tastes of Marrakech that I am truly thankful for. My second time in Marrakech but first time doing a food tour so I sincerely recommend this not only to first time visitors but anyone that has visited before but wants to have that in-depth experience only a guide with the knowledge and charm of Mohammed can give. As you can see from the pictures we ate and we ate well, the tour takes you through the souks, 3/4 stops where you try different dishes, from thing you can have as a snack to sampling food usually had for dinner/special occasions. Its not all about the meat, as we had various vegetarian options available to us as well. I personally liked this as I was expecting vast amounts of walking maybe sampling bites here and there but what I got was good meals and good conversation. Also advisable to do this to start your time in Marrakech but its also not a bad way to end your visit! Highly recommended! Thank you Mohammed.

I don't mean to exaggerate, but this was absolutely the best tour for the absolute best value. We ate kefta, SPLEEN (which was actually one of the most delicious dishes I've ever had), escargot, meshoul, and tanjia as well as olive tampenade and a divine chili sauce, orange juice with ginger (so so good), Moroccan teas and coffees, and to top it off, some amazing Moroccan pastries. We had watched David Chang's show on Netflix before coming, and he went to Marrakesh with Chrissy Tiegen. Ever since then, we knew we had to eat some incredible street food and see how the lamb is cooked in different ways. We ended up getting to eat at this quaint little place in the market where Gordon Ramsay was because the head chef was once the private cook of the king. I seriously cannot explain more how AWESOME this experience was - we had the best food of our lives here. You must do this!

Tolle Tour durch Marrakesch mit einigen Essenskostproben. Das Essen war richtig gut, die Stände bzw Restaurants waren super ausgewählt. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es lediglich dafür, dass bei anderen Food Touren (wir haben welche in Rabat und Fes gemacht) der Guide viel von der Kultur und vom Leben erzählt hat und die Kostproben stärker von sehr lokalen und versteckten Cafés und Streetfood Orten kamen.
