A dusty fun day!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed the quad safari experience on our visit. Just a short drive from Marrakesh, the site offers views of the surrounding mountains and a quiet respite from the bustle of the medina. A menagerie of goats, rabbits, ostriches, and more greeted us upon arrival. As someone with zero experience on a quad who was a bit nervous about driving one, our guide gave me the confidence to do so on my own, though a ride-along operator was also an option if needed. We got the opportunity to stop and take many photos as a family, facilitated by our friendly guide. The whole thing concluded with a delicious pot of tea, but only after leaf-blowing the dust off our clothes (so skip your most precious outfit for this activity!). This excursion proved that you don’t need to drive hours out of the city to enjoy a quad ride for all experience levels. Would absolutely recommend!

Time keeping was not great, Collected from hotel at 5.00pm, got there 5.15pm, sat around for an hour before the previous riders got back! However, Abdul did apologise and Rashid (our driver/guide) was very pleasant. Once we did get going, fantastic experience. I went with my 13 year old son and 7 year old who say with me and terrain was great for inexperienced drivers and had great fund riding through the palm groves/desert at sunset! Well worth it. Be warned, very dusty so be dressed appropriately.
