We waited at the area stated on our voucher for over 1hr the driver then turned up saying he had to collect us from our Riad. We showed him the voucher, he never apologised. He drove as fast as he could on the trip to make time up! He never stopped for us to have lunch and did not stop for the optional camel ride which we asked him to do. The actual trip was lovely. We have sent u 2 emails regarding this trip and our disappointment with certain aspects and have received no reply.
