Déçue dans l'ensemble. N'ayant pas de nouvelles la veille de l'excursion, j'appelle pour demander les horaires. On me dit qu'une personne viendrait me chercher à 7h40. La personne est finalement arrivée vers 8h40, donc 1h de retard. On nous amène à une place pour récupérer d'autres personnes. Lorsque le bus fût complet, on (mon fils et moi) nous demande de descendre du bus car le chauffeur n'a pas souhaité prendre notre direction pour 2 personnes. Nous attendons à l'extérieur sans rien nous expliquer et en nous ignorant. Finalement, un chauffeur arrive à 9h30 ! Il était d'ailleurs très en colère de devoir prendre la route pour 6 personnes au total. Heureusement que le guide, Mouloud, a très bien fait son travail et a très bien expliqué la visite dans la langue de chacun car sinon, je l'aurais eu encore plus mauvaise!!
