Best for French/Arabic - Not for English speakers

This tour is best for those who speak French/Arabic. The bus driver spoke English but he was not a tour guide. The Berber guide barely spoke English. He'd carry on 5 minute convos with the F/A speakers about something i thought seemed interesting. Then when I asked him to repeat in English, he'd say something silly like "that is for water...look over there that's a Quince tree" I learned nothing about Berber culture other than what I could guess with my eyes. Half of the tour group did not speak F/A so we were all frustrated. The Argan oil mak Women were lovely and had a good English speaking guide but the prices were highly inflated. The riverside restaurant we went to was low quality and very touristy. There were nicer ones further up the river we saw while hiking. As we paid for this ourselves, I feel they could have chosen one of those. The hike was rather strenuous, very steep. I was saddened to see that the waterfall area was filthy - litter and feces everywhere. All in all it felt like i hired a driver, not a tour guide. Somehow it all felt extremely rushed with no time to stop or take photos in the places that were actually scenic, but still arrive back in Marrakech hours past schedule. However, the guides were kind and friendly and they did move my reservation after I got food poisoning on another tour, and the vehicle was comfortable - so I give them stars for that.

Clarification of what was stated in a customer’s comment that she is not satisfied with the service we provided her. First, I am responsible for transportation and the quality of the car. Secondly, the customer missed the scheduled tour date on Tuesday due to illness, and I changed the work schedule to include her name on the second day, Wednesday, although I am not obliged to do so. . We have drivers who speak different languages. On Tuesday, the driver spoke English perfectly. We cannot give each customer a private guide who speaks the customer’s mother tongue, especially since the tour was for a group of tourists of different nationalities. It is a disappointment for me. It was possible that her name would not be included the next day.
