To find the Kubba Fatimzahra, head to Koutoubia Square near the Koutoubia Mosque. The small white dome is a short walk from the mosque. If coming from Jemaa el-Fnaa, walk towards the mosque, and the Kubba will be directly in front of you, slightly to the left.

I wish I’d done this tour on my first day of my trip! In addition to the really interesting history and educational facts, he pointed out lots of places that I would have definitely gone and taken a look at in more detail (tourist attractions and more niche places) but I did this tour on the last day of my visit so no time. It was also really valuable to be able to ask a local to explain various things I’d seen but not understood and get some great advice on how to haggle properly and distinguish between a good deal and being duped. The restaurant recommendations were also top notch - I explained what I was looking for specifically and I was given a selection to choose from.
