Great tour

Skip-the-line access so you don’t have to line up for tickets, though it wasn’t too bad when we got there at 10. We enjoyed going a bit earlier to take pictures before the crowds arrived. In terms of the tour itself, our guide was patient and knowledgeable. We learnt not only about the Madrasa but more generally about Morocco, Marrakech, their history, culture, religion and identity. Thank you!

This was an incredibly great experience, my guide was very knowledgeable and asked me what I most wanted to learn about. He was thorough, informative, and answered any questions I had — and I didn’t have many because of how explanatory he was! I can’t recommend this experience enough if you’re interested in all of the history and information relating to the Medrasa and Moroccan history. I was more than satisfied with this experience and am so glad I took advantage of it.

Very informative guided visit of the Ben Youssef Madrasa

During our 1-hour tour at the Ben Youssef Madrasa (Koranic School), Ibrahim gave us a very good brief history of Morocco and then a nice informative presentation of the school, including the role it used to play, what was happening there, as well as the architecture. After the tour we could stay longer and finish visiting the upper floor at our own pace. He also gave us some tips about things to do and places to go to in the city. Would definitely recommend this tour!
