Fantastic experience upon arrival in Morocco! Grateful to have Hicham as our driver. He communicated well in advance and day of our arrival. Professional and courteous even stopping for us to exchange money before arrival to our hotel.

No Ac. We were so hot and had the windows down and hot air coming into to the car after they assured us we wi have an air conditioned vehicle. This was a wrong and unacceptable

Unique airport transfer experience

There was a little confusion during the airport pickup, since my name had not been communicated to the driver. Things turned out okay once my name was found. Also, since the cab wasn’t able to drive us all the way to our Riad, since the streets are so narrow, there was another gentleman waiting to take us there on foot and to carry our luggage for us. It was a unique experience.

Disappointing Service

The driver picked me up on airport. So far so good. Then he stopped on the big place, hired a man to carry my suitcase by feet a long way to my Riad. For this "service" I had to pay once more. That was not the agreement at all. Finally I payed twice. Shameless.

Hi Esther, It is very clear on our discription of the transfer that if the car can not get till the riad. Please revise again the details of the transfer. then the driver will drop off at the nearest point of the riad. And you personnally the driver walk with you till the door of the Riad. you found the Riad closed and the deriver helped you till you find the neighbor of the riad where to stay till the Riad open. You have paid the man who carried your luggage till your Riad. Please be honest and change your opinion because I'm sure that what the driver did with you needs more then 5 stars. I hope to be honest.

le transfert de l'aéroport vers l'hotel a été trés intéressant avec la visite de la ville sans supplément. le chauffeur était un bon professionnel, courtois et poli, parlant francais.
