Broken A/C & they couldn’t careless in 40degree heat

Great experience but A/C in minibus not working and we were soooo hot ) & they didn’t care) we asked if they had any water or could get us some & they ignored me, so what could have been an exception was spoilt by the lack of customer care

Our tour was very well organised. We were picked up slightly late but that's traffic in Morocco for you! Our tour guide, Samira joined us from the start and was very welcoming and informative. We visited an argan oil cooperative first where we had tea and bread then had a chance to learn about argan oil making and buy products. Whilst that's a good sale tatic, it was a great experience. Then went to the desert for the dinner and show. There were some people who went camel riding but we didn't book that so we ended up waiting around for them to come back which was a bit tedious but we had a good walk around the desert and watched the sun go down. The dinner was basic but more than sufficient, we had soup, bread, cous cous, vegetable tagine then cake and tea after. Music show was fun, everyone got up dancing and the fire show was pretty incredible. Overall a really nice magical desert experience. We never felt rushed at all. Thanks to Samira!

O guia não conseguiu nos informar do horário do pick up no hotel, e na reserva está marcada a hr, mas mesmo assim ele no informou sobre nada relacionado a hora do pick up, foi totalmente irresponsável. Perdemos a actividade e o dinheiro.

Bonjour, cette excursion vaut la peine d'être vécu . Nous nous sommes régalés devant un magnifique couché de soleil. Notre guide Abdellatif très souriant était toujours présent au bon moment et savait quand nous laisser profiter entre nous.
