Horrendous experience please do not book! The weather for us was awful, the heavens were open and the trip would have been ruined. We asked if we could swap to tomorrow and pay extra for gardens and they tried to rob us. £40 was 50% of the trip and they asked for £70 then messed us around and then cancelled and were very rude! I would never recommend this company or trip to anyone: I am very disappointed as I have used Viator for many years and this is the only time I have been let down! Please stay away from this trip

Thank you for your message. We are sorry to read your feedback and would like to clarify the situation objectively. You booked a visit to Majorelle Gardens and the horse-drawn carriage tour, which are time-slot-based activities. Unfortunately, you did not arrive at the agreed pick-up time and refused to be on time and changed your mind because it was running , even all the other participants are joined the tour, which made it impossible to operate the service as scheduled. When you requested to move the visit to the next day, we clearly explained that, according to our policy and the garden’s conditions, a 50% rescheduling fee was required. This was communicated transparently, and a secure payment link was sent. However, you declined to proceed with the payment. As a result, and due to the missed time slot and refusal to confirm the rescheduling fee, the activity had to be cancelled. At no point was there any intention to be rude or unfair; we strictly followed the booking conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. We would also like to highlight that for this tour – Majorelle Gardens and the carriage tour – we always receive positive feedback, and the vast majority of our clients finish the experience happy and satisfied. We regret that this situation affected your experience, but we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service.

Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our journey around the centre of Marrakech. We were then taken near to the Jardin, unfortunately with part of our excursion, we were more impressed by a local cafe. We waited for ages in a massive queue in the extreme heat with no shade for respite, to get into the Jardin and we only entered approx 25 minutes before we were due to meet our driver to take us to the next part of our excursion.

We was very disappointed. First we was thinking (it's not mentioned in advertising)we will travel alone but no we was together with other family. Its ok but on horse ride it was so uncomfortable legs was painful because doesn't have space.And tour ok first we went to the gardens where they give us 1.30h time but maximum you need 1h then we went to olive tree park where doesn't have nothing. I definitely not recommend this tour.Boring and nor worse this money!

The horse drawn carriage was a lovely way to see a large part of Marrakesh in comfort. The overhead canopy was particularly welcome as the day was very hot. Our guide was great, pointing out various landmarks. We thoroughly enjoyed also the Majorelle Gardens which were very well tended with lots of interesting plant species.

Tour guide gave me 90 minutes in the gardens … I went to the meeting point and waited and waited and waited in the extreme heat …. Finally he WhatsApp messaged I’m on my way 40 minutes later his excuse the company hadn’t sent 2 of the ladies entrance tickets to the gardens

Moiad was amazing. He was so kind and friendly and did over and beyond what we wanted. I'd highly recommend this tour. A brief but quick look at the souks was enough for us we didn't want to venture in to deep but was great we could see the square and the hour on the horse and carriage was amazing seeing the city and the hour at the gardens was excellent finished with a coffee and buying a gift from the shop. Thanks again.

Highly recommended. My guide, Ayoub Belgot, picked me up from my hotel in a lovely air con car, went to menara gardens and jardin Majorelle where he waited for me. He was very accommodating and friendly, made sure I took as much time as I wanted and didn’t rush me. He greeted me with a smile and this continued throughout the experience. Then went on a magical horse carriage ride around the city for at least 35 minutes, was a wonderful experience and felt very safe being a solo traveller. At my request Ayoub took me to the shops as I had some last minute shopping to do! Was dropped back to my hotel by Ayoub, great experience!

Driver and carriage ride were great. But for some reason there was confusion between the driver and Viator as to which tour we had actually booked. He thought we had just expected to be driven around. It all worked out in the end though

Our tour guide Abderrahman Abbassi was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and punctual. He made my birthday very special and a memorable day by getting me a birthday cake and singing to me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended.

Trop de monde malgré les horaires imposés. La queue pour prendre des photos sous des patios qui sont limités à 6 personnes rien d’exceptionnel pour 33e c’est juste un jardin botanique que chaque pays possède…

retard de la prise en charge au depart 20 mn non recuperees visite des jardins des la menara peut etre pas utile 30 mn on peut y aller seul balade en caleche dans le nouveau quartier rapide et pas intertessante. Le seul avantage ùle coupe fil pour la queue au jardin majorelle. En résume decue de cette sortie

Excellente sortie..très bonne organisation également..visite le matin à 9h30..billet déjà pris.. on ne fait pas la queue ..pas grand monde à cette heure ci..ensuite notre chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel très éloigné de Marrakech centre nous promène dans la palmeraie avec des explications touristiques très intéressantes avant de rejoindre Marrakech pour la visite du jardin de Marrakech..et balade calèche de qualité en durée et circuit..je recommande cette excursion par ce prestataire. C est sérieux quant aux horaires et à la prestation de notre chauffeur :"Khalid qui fait tout pour nous être agréable..et nous apprendre des choses sur Marrakech..c est 1 plus il parle très bien français.. très pro et très aimable..nous sommes enchantés mon ami et moi..merci du sérieux.. sandy et fab..mercredi 22 nov..👍

Une superbe excursion avec un pick up direct à l’hôtel un passage à la palmeraie par le quartier des villas royales. Petit stop pour la photo dromadaire (non prevu) Mais qui nous à permis d’avoir du sur mesure tout le long. Gros avantage! Khalid notre chauffeur et guide fort sympathique et bienveillant. Arrêt au jardin de majorelle et menara. Si vous êtes pris par le temps vous pouvez esquiver menara. Tour de calèche avec de nouveau un arrêt personnalisé à notre demande dans le quartier juif pour acheter des épices. Plus pour le fun d’être en calèche car on revoit pas mal de choses qui ont été faites en voiture. Mais avec enfants succès garanti! Un moyen de découvrir les quartiers de Marrakech en toute tranquillité et de façon personnalisée! Merci à Khalid !
